This cozy 2BD/1BA home is located both within minutes to the Shawnee National Forest and within walking distance of the Golconda Marina. It comes fully furnished with everything you need when you get back from your adventures in the forest or on the water.The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. All bed linens, extra blankets, and towels are provided. 1 full bath has a tub/shower combo.- The eat-in kitchen comes equipped with dishes, silverware & basic appliances like coffeemaker, toaster, & crockpot. Open to the common area, a tv hangs on the wall and wifi allows for streaming all of your favorite shows. - There is a grill and space for outdoor dining as well. Come stay and explore the area! Golconda is home to several great places to eat & numerous antique and gift shops in the downtown area. Horseback riding, hiking and cycling can be enjoyed throughout the local area.
