The cabin was originally two cabins erected in the 1850s. In the 1970s, artist Jim Simon dismantled the log cabins and re-erected them on the Simon Family Farm. Red Fox Ridge was named for the red fox often spotted running the ridge overlooking the river. Lots of history to be shared and made! Come stay a while.The cabin offers modern amenities and has plenty of room to sleep 16+ comfortably. Two queen beds, one double bed, two twin beds, one trundle twin, two full futons, two full sofa beds, two sofas (one has two recliners); two full baths, one with a large tub and one with a shower. Our galley-style kitchen boasts room to prepare any meal for all occasions. TV, WiFi, and laundry facilities.
