The Grant - an elegant one bedroom in a historic Newburgh building steps from the Hudson. A few things to note: entry requires operating an electronic lock on the exterior door, as well as another electronic lock on the interior apartment door. We will provide full instructions for operating these devices ahead of check-in. Also, please note, there is an exterior flight of steps required to access the main entrance to the building. Some of our elderly guests have noted the steps are on the steeper side, but they do have handrails on both sides.
