If indications of smoking indoors is found, there will be a $500 fee for air cleaning treatment, plus an additional $500 fine. When smoking outdoors, guests must dispose of all cigarette (or similar) butts into the ash tray.2. NOISE LEVELPlease keep noise at a reasonable level especially when outside the home.
