This quirky home is full of character and is the last one story home left in the historical Boatyard district from 1800’s. This beautiful house is located along the Greenbelt pathway. Take a walk or bike along the path or just enjoy a your morning coffee from the porch overlooking the scenic Holston River.The spacePlease Note: Our rental features a garden with a vast variety of flowers that requires extensive maintenance during the spring and summer. A gardener will be onsite on certain days to ensure the proper care of the lawn and garden beds.
