The basement door is original, which adds to the home’s historic charm.The entrance is surrounded by plantings, and the driveway is gravel, not paved.Due to its ground-level location and proximity to landscaping, you may occasionally see a harmless spider or small insect. These are rare but possible and are clearly disclosed in advance.This home allows pets, which means even after thorough cleaning, it’s possible a single hair from a previous guest’s pet may be found. This is normal in any pet-friendly property.If you have severe arachnophobia or expect the home to be 100% free of any natural elements, this may not be the right property for you.We clean thoroughly between guests — however, this is a real home cleaned by humans, not a sealed hotel environment or lab.By booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
