On your arrival you will notice that the beds are already made with fresh linens so you don't have to start your vacation making the beds. When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and harbor views from kitchen and living room as well as new modern smooth ceilings and crown molding. We feature a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, coffee maker and plenty of cooking implements. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a long, comfortable couch, side chairs, and a 65 inch 4K Roku Smart TV. Get all your favorite channels or cast apps from your electronic devices. The master bedroom features a private deck, queen-sized bed, large closet with shelves hangers, and plenty of drawers for you to put your belongings in. Master suite bathroom means you don't have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out on the boardwalk. Linens, bath and kitchen towels, extra blankets and beach towels are provided. Also, leave the bulky hairdryer at home–we have provided one for you.The guest bedroom is located up the hallway on the other side of the guest bath and features one queen and one twin bed. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet to store belongings. Our condo is newly renovated and ready for the summer season! We kept our "beachy" colors but did significant upgrades to kitchen, living area, and bathrooms. This bright, colorful and decidedly "beachy" oceanfront condo is perfect for a family vacation or last-minute beach trip! Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as high speed, secure internet (not shared with the rest of the building). The Ocean Front master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a new Beautyrest mattress, private full bath with rainwater shower and detachable hand-held wand, and access to the oceanfront balcony. There are 2 twin beds In the street-facing second bedroom with access to the full hall bathroom with tub/shower. These can also be converted to a king bed with a converter kit provided. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded Memory Foam mattress in the living room should you need the extra bed space. The oceanfront balcony offers breathtaking views (make sure to catch at least one sunrise on your stay). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach (and all appliances are brand new), with a Ninja Mega-Kitchen System blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and J. A. Henckels kitchen cutlery. But, if you'd rather not cook, there are loads of restaurants really close by. Some of our favorites are Kate's Pancake House, Havana's, Michaelangelo's Pizza, Pop's Diner, and of course, the famous Britt's Donuts. And the Veggie Wagon (just across US 421) is a real treat, offering farm-fresh veggies, freshly baked baguettes, deli sandwiches, take-and-bake pizza's, fruit smoothies, and a pretty good selection of beer and wine. In addition to a great time on the beach, you have access to bike rentals just two blocks away (one of our family's favorite activities is to bike down to Fort Fisher and catch the ferry to Southport). The Carolina Beach Greenway is accessible at the lake which is just across the street. Here you will find a nice walking, running, cycling, or skating trail, peddle boat rentals, and there are family movies every Sunday night.Two blocks away you will find the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, with shops, restaurants, Britt's Donuts and an amusement park. Thursday nights there are fireworks from the boardwalk. See them there, or enjoy them from the beach or the deck of the condo. The unit has spacious covered parking that can accommodate two larger sized vehicles or three smaller ones. We've been coming to Carolina Beach for over 20 years and have owned this unit since 2008. It's slow-paced and relaxing, a perfect location for a family wanting to unwind or for a couple looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. We love spending time here, and we think you will too!
