**5 min walk to the ski lift & resort! The condo is at a prime location, with 2-car parking. 500 feet from the Chile Express lift. Minutes from ski shops. Close to 4 restaurants, 1 mile to the grocery store. This is a great condo especially if you've little ones, it's a relatively easy walk to the slope even with your gears. Condo on the 2nd floor with no one above you. Easy check-in with a keypad lock. There's a washer & dryer in the condo. High-speed fiber-optic WiFi makes it easy to stay connected.This is a spacious 2 bedroom condo with a high ceiling and skylights. Natural light shines through the skylights, brightens, and warms up the living room. The dining room's big window also lets in a lot of natural light, it's a great spot when it's snowing or just to enjoy looking at the trees outside, the rustling sound of the trees is very calming. Enjoy fresh air & sunshine on the balcony.The upstairs bedroom is very spacious with two ceiling fans to cool down the temperature in summer. It's a cozy room with a king and twin bed. There's also a smart TV to keep you entertained. Pls note, there's a big window (not covered) that looks down to the living room. The downstairs bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a dresser, and a closet. The spacious living room has a smart TV and sofa bed. A full bath downstairs and upstairs. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, crockpot, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender and all essential utensils. It also has dishwasher tabs, paper towels, trash bags, sponge, liquid dish, and hand soap.A stackable washer/dryer set is in the condo. High-speed fiber-optic WiFi is provided. Parking at the condo complex is right outside of the units, but no designated spots. Parking permits for two vehicles are provided during ski season. The number of people allowed in this condo is 6, any extra people after the limit will be charged $50 per person per night.A 4-WD vehicle or car is highly recommended for winter trips to Angel Fire. This condo is just blocks from the lift and walking distance to all the local restaurants, grocery store and outdoor summer music events. Someone is always available to come to the property for any issues within about 20-30 minutes. We often have extra things you might have forgotten-like sleds or goggles. This condo was fully renovated as of late 2019, providing current finishes and amenities.Keep cozy in the winter with new ceiling heaters and our easy, no-mess gas fireplace.Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi & SmartTV to access your personal Amazon & Netflix accounts.Once you enter our ground-floor unit, you are received in a small foyer with 3 steps down. We provide coat hooks with a shelf for your winter gear. Mountain bikes may be stowed in this area, but we request guest bring their own yoga mat, towels or blankets to protect flooring and to collect bike mud and debris. We include one wall-mount bike rack in this area.For you Skiers, Boarders, and Bikers, we have a private, exterior storage room just outside the front door of the condo to the right. Convenient for your storage of skis, boards, bikes and all the extra stuff that comes with them. This 5’ x 7’ room has a dedicated baseboard heater and a bench which makes it easy to take your boots on and off. There is a rack to hang boards and skis and several bike hanging racks. Both walls on left and right are covered with hooks to hang poles, jackets, bibs, gloves, pads, helmets, caps, etc. The door has an electronic lock so your gear is safe and no need to try to keep up with a key. NOTE: door to this room should always remain closed with the baseboard heater on to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting.When you enter the condo, to your right is the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room includes two twin-over-queen timber bunkbeds with hybrid mattresses and soft bedding. Included is a closet, dresser drawers and lounge chair. The Bunk Room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/soaking tub combo and single granite vanity.To the left of the entryway, and down the hall from the Bunk Room, is the hallway bedroom with a king bed, dresser and full-sized closet.The hallway full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, but is not an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen features granite counters, a single stainless steel sink with disposal, dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave hood vent and refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker.)Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, programmable 7 qt crockpot, placemats for 10, blender and coffee maker with 12 cup pot. We provide everything you need to prepare big family meals - just bring your groceries, beverages and your favorite spices!The kitchen also features a large granite island, perfect for preparing and serving meals. We offer island power for those who need a laptop/work touchdown area.Adjacent to the island is a dining table with a dining bench and cushions on one side, 3 bright yellow backless stools on the other, and two dining chairs on the end. During the summer season, we are an easy walk to the lift for hiking, biking, ziplining, and just up the road from Solar and Sendero hiking trails. Please see our Guidebook for more of the year-round activities available in our area.All windows and doors have been upgraded to triple-pane, high efficiency units, along with all new electric heaters throughout. You should be snug as a bug, but we also provide an extra blanket in each bedroom, in addition to the fluffy down-alternative duvets and fleece blankets on each bed.Open parking is in a paved parking lot just a few steps from our unit. The parking lot is reserved for the Wren, but does not offer reserved spots.Our unit does not include washer/dryer. Should you need a laundry during your stay, we suggest the Aspen Gold Laundromat just down the road where a change machine, detergent machine and numerous washer/dryers are available for approximately $3 / load.Wren 106 is located in one of two buildings. Our unit is an end unit, which provides more windows.
