The five-in-one game table is yours to enjoy-- it includes billiards, foosball, basketball, air hockey, and table tennis. You can even keep score with the scoreboard hanging in the stairwell (chalk provided). The dining table rests on top of Bevo's hide and includes six chairs. The stylish kitchen is stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, as well as new dishes, flatware, pots, pans, crockpot, coffee maker and more! Just off the dining area and kitchen are the sliding glass doors that provide a view of your turf backyard, completely private and waiting to be enjoyed by you or your pups. There are 5 new smart tvs, up to 75 inches. You can watch your favorite streaming service from any room. Game days will be perfect to watch on the 3 tvs in the living room…or skip the games and binge your favorite shows! Our home is located less than 2 miles from the A&M campus. There are dozens of restaurants and shops nearby as well. Each condo has 2 covered parking spots right off the back porch.
