The kitchen and dining area come fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, glass top stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, tea kettle and more.The cabin comfortably houses 6 guests with 4 twin beds and a full-size pull-out sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary linens.Outdoor enthusiasts will find ATV/ORV and horse trail access conveniently close, at just one-tenth of a mile from the cabin's driveway.The outdoor fire ring invites guests to enjoy cozy campfires, with firewood available on the property—perfect for marshmallow roasting.Fishermen will value being close to the Platte and Betsie Rivers, both within 5 miles, and the myriads of small inland lakes filled with fish. A fish cleaning station is also set to be ready by Summer 2024 for handling the day's catch.Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. There is pet boarding located within a few miles of the cabin. This is a unique hotel-style single room with a loft has room for up to seven people. The "Hockey Room" is a themed room that overlooks an outdoor hockey rink in the winter time and play area in the summer time. There are multiple rentals on this property, but they are all spread out in different locations. There are trails to explore on the 20 acre wooded property and you will have shared access to the outdoor hot tub. There is one main room with a queen bed and a loft space with couches that fold down into queen size beds (Couches will be set up as couches on your arrival. Bedding is provided if you want to use them as beds.). Both rooms have their own Roku TV's with Spectrum cable access. There is a full bathroom with shower. Take in the beauty and the beaches that are the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Bring your bikes and ride the Betsy Trail to Frankfort and Lake Michigan. Take a day trip drive and visit the Leelanau Peninsula, Fishtown in Leland, Northport, and Suttons Bay. Head into Traverse City to shop on Front Street. Stop by at the awesome St. Ambrose Cellars. Take a week and do it all.At this centrally located location, you have it all at your fingertips while giving up nothing by being centrally located.A quaint 2nd story (so there are stairs to get to the apartment) 1 bedroom apartment that has all you need.
