This rental villa, completed in 2023, ideal for example for two families or multi-generational holidays. A bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. A 40 m² two-room apartment with a private entrance in the basement which can be rented from the owner for extra price, starting from 200 e/weekend (however, the apartment is available at not extra charge for reservations made by March 7, 2024). Situated 49 km to the south from Mikkeli, Lake Saimaa 15 m, hard, gently deepening sandy bottom and a rowing boat. Wooden villa, built in 2023, offers an open-plan living room and kitchen. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two beds, a dressing room/sauna lounge, WC, bathroom, wood-heated sauna, and a hot tub on the terrace. Sauna (electric stove), bathroom with shower, WC and dressing room. Outbuilding in summer use, built in 2004, 16 m², 2 beds, electric heating and electric light, woodshed. In summer use separate sauna on the cottage yard (it is not a lakeside sauna) with wood fired stove, dressing room with sleeping sofa for two persons, (no shower). Water has to be carried from the main cottage (there is a faucet on the main cottage's outer wall for that), electricity. The owner collects a deposit of 150 e in advance to her account. Traditional so-called “grandmother’s cottage” with grassed yard/garden. Cottage is meant for max 5 persons and during summer time (when outbuilding is in use) for max 7 persons. Sofabed in sauna building can be used as an alternative extra bed.
