The space This modern and high-quality furnished maisonette flat is located in the picturesque Oberstaufen district of Kalzhofen, about 1 km from the centre and offers a breathtaking view of the Allgäu mountains. It is a perfect starting point for winter sports activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing and in summer for hiking, cycling, golfing and excursions to the Allgäu mountains and pre-Alpine lakes. The flat is ideal for families or couples of friends. In addition to the spacious living area with a cosy sofa, a large dining table and a balcony, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave as well as a dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with double washbasin, bath/shower and WC. The stairs in the living area lead to the two bedrooms with double beds. The OberstaufenPLUS offer with its free services such as bus use, mountain railways, ski pass and the adventure pool as well as a garage parking space round off a fantastic holiday for you.
