In a family house, with a separate apartment, located in a quiet residential area, the apartment offers everything you need for your stay. The 50 sqm are therefore suitable for holiday guests with or without children as well as for fitters. The offered apartment consists of two rooms as well as a kitchen and a bathroom with daylight. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a walk-in closet. You can end the evening comfortably in the living room in front of the modern Smart TV (49 inches) on the couch. The sofa bed can also be converted into a large lying area (140x200), so that the living room can also be used as another bedroom / children's room. If desired, there is the possibility to add another single bed in the bedroom, so that a total of three separate beds are created.
