A short stroll from the Vaka is the famous Vaima Restaurant for beach front dining.Car Rental is also 500m away - Go Cook Islands hire cars at reasonable rates with pre booking recommended. A 10 minute walk will take you to the start of the Wigmores Waterfall track - a gravel track ending at a waterfall (if its been raining) as well as the start of the Cross Island Walk (Needle).
