APRIL DISCOUNT 10% Located on Green Turtle Cay, The Pink Bikini was recently renovated following the 2019 Dorian Hurricane. A charming island home just a short walk from the ocean beach with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry facilities, a 96' dock / 16' wide spring poles including 30amp power and water and a covered fish cleaning station on Black Sound. The dock has more than 6' of water at low tide . Bikini "Top" offers a gracious living area with comfortable seating, a 72" television and a long dining room table. The eclectic bar is located just off the sunset deck. The open kitchen has an expansive island that comfortable seats 6 with a view of the sound. The primary suite has a 4 poster king bed with a walk in mermaid shower and double vessel sinks. The 2 spare bedrooms have king beds and share a bath with a walk in shower and double sinks. Bikini "Bottom" offers a king room on one end and two twins on the other. Each bedroom has their own bath. The living area combines with a galley kitchen, center island bar and comfortable seating. The French patio doors lead to the wide deck across the front offering a harbor view. The Pink Bikini has many custom and cute appointments and features. Added essentials are a generator, Aprilaire Dehumidifier/Purification and an ultraviolet water purification system, just in case. Blair's Bungalow is a spacious, newly refurbished 2bd/1 bath half of a duplex with access to a 50+ft Dock. The unit comes with one boat slip. Boat slip water & power usage are available for an extra daily charge. Conveniently located on the leeward side of Black Sound between Abaco Boat Yard & Sunset Marine Co. it's just a few-minute golf cart ride into historic New Plymouth and about 10 minutes to the north end of Green Turtle Cay. Blair's Bungalow is extremely comfortable and spacious and can comfortably accommodate a group of 4 guests. The large eat-in kitchen has a full refrigerator and additional chest freezer, stove/oven & microwave. The bathroom is complete with tub, shower, sink & toilet.Bedrooms can be set up as 2 XL twin beds in each room -or- 1 king bed in each room. Full kitchen w/chest freezer. We just installed a 15KW solar power system that works great - no more power surges or outages! And best of all no noisy generator.WI-FI & Cable TV,NOTE: Blair's Bungalow is located on the street side of the property and has access to the large private dock on the Black Sound side of the property. And what a better place to read, than one of the two open decks where birds tend to visit.All rooms and environments in the house are spacious, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, and each one with its air conditioning and ceiling fan: the master room has it its own bathroom, queen sized bed; the second room consists of a queen sized bed and the third bedroom two twin sized beds.The living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, VHS and many movies in these formats to enjoy. Internet access, various books to read and board games for the little ones.A fully equipped kitchen with all its appliances and full crockery, the chef will have an ample space to delight everyone. It has a counter for 4 people. The dining room has a table for 6, to enjoy meals together.We have a long deck with a bar decorated with original treasures of the ocean, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea. An extensive patio that has a BBQ and Laundry area.It has open double garage.The location of this house is very worthwhile, it’s just a few steps from two access to the beach, a few meters from Leeward Yacht Club Marine, the Shipyard "Abaco Yacht Service", about 5 minutes from the ancient city New Plymouth. In the other direction, arrive in 5 minutes to beaches like Coco Bay and Green Turtle Club Marina.
