Welcome to our charming vacation rental located in the heart of Antwerpen, Belgium. This cozy room with its own facilities provides the perfect space for a memorable stay. With 37 square meters of space, this rental is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and convenience. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide ample privacy for up to four guests. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, while the eating area and living room provide a cozy space for relaxing and dining. We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible, which is why we provide a range of facilities. Our rental does not allow pets, ensuring a clean and allergy-free environment. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for children. Smoking is also not permitted. Parking is available on-site, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The rental is equipped with modern amenities such as satellite/cable TV, a radio, and a sofa for your entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, the property offers central heating for your comfort during cooler months. For your safety, we have taken all necessary measures. Our property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between stays, ensuring a hygienic environment. We also have safety features in place, such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors. Emergency contact information is readily available. With sheared kitchen and bath room(shower) on grand floor, with max 2 person.
