While overlooking the ocean from the living room you will appreciate the warmth of the fireplace on chilly evenings.Maser bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom and an abundance of natural lighting. Two twin beds in the second bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom offer our guests comfort during your stay.A fully appointed kitchen and large dining table perfect to share a meal, a game of cards or a lovely chat at the end of an adventure filled day.Vacations are cherished experiences. A romantic get-away, a peaceful retreat with friends/family, an inspirational place to work from home, or looking to get in touch with nature. Here you can and watch the seals, dolphins and otters play in the surf and perhaps even a peek at the migrating whales. You'll find egrets & herons, pelicans soaring overhead or sandelings darting across the sand. There is no shortage of wildlife on land or sea. Come to relax and enjoy all that our private gated community has to offer or venture out to the nearby towns of Capitola, Monterey, Carmel and Santa Cruz Boardwalk.Our Association offers Bonfires on the beach with Smores, and the best part is that the staff at Pajaro Dunes will set up everything for you.There is also a convenience store on the premises with an amazing selection of food, wine and sundries. The unobstructed view of the ocean waves takes your breath away from the moment you walk through the front door. Let’s face it, that’s what you’re here for, so put your bags down, and take it in for a while from the living room or balcony. Keep an eye open for occasional sightings of an otter drifting by, dolphins riding the surf, and perhaps even whales! Enjoy the frequent visits from the sweet hummingbirds that come to drink from our feeders on the balcony. This clean and comfortable condo is located on the third floor, facing West for spectacular sunsets.You will also enjoy the beautiful furnishings and decor in the interior of the condo during your stay. The master bedroom shares the ocean view, with access to the balcony, and has a California king size bed with a goose down mattress topper and goose down pillows. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with goose down pillows. Take a short drive to dine out in Aptos, Capitola or Moss Landing, or grill up your own delicacies on the BBQ. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood burning fireplace, catch your favorite movie on the flat screen T.V. hooked up with cable and/or the Blu Ray DVD player, have some laughs over the plentiful stock of games, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi. Pajaro Dunes Resort is nestled approximately 20 miles south of Santa Cruz, and 30 miles north of Monterey. Located at Sunset State Beach, you can enjoy long strolls to Manresa State Beach and beyond. Spend a fun-filled day kayaking with the otters at Moss Landing, just a ten minute drive. Boogey board, surf or fish right outside the condo. This spacious and beautifully remodeled Pajaro Dunes beach condo features luxurious accommodations in a perfectly tranquil setting. Ideally located on Monterey Bay between Santa Cruz and Carmel, this ocean oasis offers the perfect family getaway or relaxing adult haven. The miles of private beach are perfect for building sandcastles, dolphin and whale-watching, or getting lost in a good book while listening to the waves crash on the shore. After a breathtaking sunset, cozy up around a beach bonfire and spot a shooting star beneath the sparkling night sky. Outdoor enthusiasts love bird watching in the lagoons and hiking in the bluffs, and fitness mavens enjoy the tennis facilities and jogging through the nature paths.The gorgeously furnished and remodeled 3-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 adults. The master bedroom features an un-suite bathroom, direct access to the rear deck, a flat screen television, and an extremely comfortable king-size bed. The 2 additional bedrooms offer a queen bed, and a full/twin bunk bed, respectively, both with flat screen televisions. The sofa bed offers a brand new queen-sized memory foam mattress for extra sleeping accommodations.All pillows, linens, towels and beach towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully supplied with dining-ware service for 12+, cookware, bakeware, tupperware, small appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, and a generously-stocked pantry with spices and oils for your convenience. The washer/dryer is also available to all guests. An electric barbecue grill is located on the rear deck for grilling.Parking is plentiful, and is steps from the front door. The condo is on the ground floor, so there are no steps to climb up with groceries or luggage! It is situated on the north end of the building, and the sand is down a short, 30-second walkway and approximately 10 steps down.Things to do around Monterey Bay: For the curious – we encourage you to visit The Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Mission at Carmel or the Mission at San Juan Bautista, Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, or downtown Carmel. For the connoisseurs – you'll want to schedule time for wine tasting at the many wonderful wineries found along the Monterey Coast (including Bonny Doon Vineyard, Soquel Vineyards, and Estancia), or satisfy your taste buds for fresh seafood and locally-grown vegetables at any one of a myriad of nearby restaurants and produce markets. For the shoppers – there are literally hundreds of charming boutiques and stores throughout Santa Cruz, Capitola, Monterey, and Carmel. Our beautiful remodeled home has an open ocean feel. The master bedroom and bath have a glass sliding door to a deck with ocean views and large TV. The living room's large open windows and fireplace make for a perfect evening along with a 55in TV screen. Enjoy breakfast at the bar while watching the ocean waves or a family dinner at the table. The second bedroom has a queen bed with full-length mirrorsTwo full bathrooms and a washer and dryer so no need to bring too many clothes. Our home is on the second level so the ocean views are amazing. Just steps to miles of pristine beach. Enjoy watching beautiful sunsets, dolphins, sea otters, lots of birds, and if you are lucky you may see a whale.Located on the Shorebird side of Pajaro Dunes. Resort. You have access to all the amenities, such as tennis courts, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. Beautiful lagoon to enjoy walking or riding a bike around. Our property features tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and biking & walking paths. We have a small convenience store for last-minute things you may have forgotten. The nature center is also very interesting to check out as well.We are between Monterey and Santa Cruz both being about 30 minutes from our home.
