Elia hospital, the Cefpas which houses the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the Vocational Training Center. Located in a strategic point close to the main Sicilian tourism destinations. It is located inside a large villa immersed in an extraordinarily beautiful and varied countryside next to the splendid historic Dubini park in the area that was the summer residence of the Testasecca counts. It is the ideal stay for those who love being outdoors surrounded by nature in a welcoming family atmosphere, for cyclists, hikers and tourists. Inside the villa there is a wide availability of parking space and the building is surrounded by a well-kept garden, with oranges, lemons and other plants that give off the typical scents of Sicily. The area is served by urban buses N. 1 and N. 4 which connect it, in very short intervals, with the historic center, with the railway station and with the bus station. The villa is fully furnished and equipped, equipped with independent heating with dual power supply and water heaters.
