The best views in the Villa are located on the upper terrace, and is a great place to enjoy the sunsets and the night sky. Villas Sol beach resort is a gated community and has a free shuttle within the community that can take you to any of the 3 pools, restaurants, bars, or to the beach. Walking is also invigorating in this tropical paradise, keep an eye out for the colorful birds & monkeys in the trees. The beach is long and beautiful with abundant water activities, such as snorkeling, sport fishing, jet skiing and scuba diving. There are some great restaurants and bars along this stretch of beach. You can also find other restaurants, grocery & liquor stores a short 10 minute walk down the street from the resort. A number of national parks lie within a short traveling distance. Rincon de la Vieja National Park, Palo Verde National Park, and Santa Rosa National Park.
