This brand new upstairs apartment is created for comfort. We want guests to feel welcome and encouraged to enjoy all Homer has to offer. This one bedroom one and a half bath home has a large open kitchen, dining, and living space. Plenty of space to visit, cook, and create memories with loved ones. Master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, all clean linens, a television, and en suite bath with a luxurious soaking tub. The living area couch transitions into a sofa bed for those extra guests where there is a television, access to a half bath, and an insanely beautiful view. Coffee, wine, and snacks are complimentary and waiting for you. Homer is one of the top places to visit in the country and we are so happy you are here!This upstairs apartment has a spacious private deck overlooking the Kachemak Bay. There is a small set of stairs leading up to your private entrance from your separate parking area. Downstairs is a second apartment that has lovely long-term residents. Although children are welcome to stay with you, this home is not child-proofed and therefore is not considered safe and suitable for children. For your safety this home has an exterior camera at the front entrance as well as an exterior camera that faces the deck.
