Sehr nette, exponierte Lage. Freundlicher Empfang, wenn auch etwas komplizierter Check-In Prozess. Tolle Begleitung während des geschäftlichen Meetings. Raum zwar mit Tageslicht, aber etwas abgerockt. Zimmer angestrahlt vom Außenscheinwerfer und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Bett extrem hart. Frühstück dafür grandios! Perfektes Rührei.

Schönes Hotel, komplett renoviert inklusive Fahrstuhl, große Zimmer, stilvoll eingerichtet, gleiches gilt für das Restaurant mit toller Aussicht auf Homburg und darüberhinaus, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, fussläufige Ausflüge

Da unser bevorzugtes Restaurant ausgebucht war, haben wir im Schlossberg Hotel das Ostermenü für 7 Personen gebucht. Schon bei der Bestellung ging man auf Sonderwünsche ein. So aß eine Person keinen Lachs, ihr wurde Ziegenkäse serviert, eine Person wollte keine Garnelen, ihr wurde gebratener Spargel serviert, eine Person wollte kein Roastbeef, ihr wurde Maispoularde gereicht. Das Personal war superfreundlich, da ein Rollstuhlfahrer

Gutes Hotel, schönes Zimmer, überdurchschnittlich gutes Resuarant. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Interessant sind die Ausgrabungen in direkter Nachbarschaft.

This hotel gives the impression it does not particularly like non German speaking visitors ( that's the best way I can put it ) We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in countless hotels at different levels of luxury all over the world. For us, it's about the experience, which usually means the team at the hotel. This establishment fails miserably in that department. I don't speak German, but I do speak English and French fluently. Hardly anyone spoke or understood basic English and no one knew any French the worst treatment was in the restaurant for breakfast. The rudeness was incredible. One morning, one of our friends we were visiting ( German) came to breakfast with me. I asked him not to speak German and let me know if it was my imagination of how rude they were to me. He could not believe that everything I had told them was true. He was embarrassed by their behavior towards a visitor. This is a hotel to be avoided by non-German-speaking visitors

Whilst on a trip from the UK to Munich our car developed a fault which meant it had to go to a local garage for repair. A lovely local person who stopped when we broke down recommended this hotel and wow were we impressed. Not only were we able to just turn up and get a room, the staff were so accommodating. We ended up staying for 3 nights. Wonderful friendly staff, lovely clean and modern room and the terrace is a perfect place to sit, drink a cocktail and look out over the city. I would highly recommend this hotel and it will now be our preferred stop when travelling through Germany in future. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so lovely.

My fiancé stayed in one of the studio apartments of the City Residenz, which belongs to the Schlossberg Hotel in the inner city of Homburg. The apartment had a homely atmosphere and was nicely located at the center of he city. What really stood out to me during his stay, and even after his stay had already ended, was the excellent service the hotel and its staff provided. They were extremely helpful, cooperative and competent even with unusual requests. They really lived up to the principle "the guest is king". Thank you to the staff for all your help and effort, it is greatly appreciated!
