3 Bedroom, 2 bath, one level Home . Great kitchen with 6 gas burner stove and double ovens, and fully equipped. Pool is perfect for children of all ages. Pool is salt water also!This Great Home is available now for your Vacation. Located within 1 to 3 miles to some famous Beaches, Magic Sands , Banyans and Downtown Kona. Quiet and Safe Neighborhood.During high surf,listen to the roar of the waves from here.Pick coconuts from 2 Samoan Coconut trees in front yard.Need recommendations,ask me...I'm always happy to share any information to make your Kona holiday wonderful.
About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Please contact me first !.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Please contact me if more than 3 children..About customRules:Quiet times between 9PM and 8:00Am. All neighbors are awesome, so please respect them..Please turn off all lights and fans when leaving home.,Please remove all garbage from home , run dishwasher, and wash beach towels, upon check out.

Fijn Hawaïaans huis in een fijne buurt
Voel de echte Hawaïaanse vibe, rustig gelegen, privé zwembad, mooie tuin, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Volledig uitgeruste keuken. Annie reageert snel op je vragen en zorgt dat je je thuis voelt. Top locatie voor een gezin.

Annie’s Hale was fantastic! It was such a pleasant, relaxing and wonderful experience. The house was a great size, well/ stocked, and very comfortable. Exceeded all expectations.

Feels like home!! Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Amazing pool with sneek peaks of beautiful sunsets each evening. Annie your host and long time resident of Hawaii shares her brand of Aloha to ensure that your stay will be enjoyable and fun!! Don't Miss Out....on Real Hawaiian Living... Aloha. Booked another stay before we left... Looking forward to our return!!!

much needed rest
comfortable house. very few windows that close, so it is open to the neighborhood. The neighbors were nice although there was construction for the first few days next door so it was very loud. thanks for the use of your lovely hale.

Beautiful Beach House
Lovely ocean view for sunrise- beautiful pool and spacious hone- great amenities and everything we could want in the kitchen etc. This was a true Hawaiian escape-Thank you Anne for being so wonderful-Mahalo-Shawna

Perfect house
Perfect house for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed proximity to the city, beaches, and restaurants. Host was super friendly and responsive. Would Book again if we find ourselves back on the island.

Girls trip!
As local Hawai’i residents we were stoked with Annie’s house in Kailua-Kona! It was close to stores and restaurants and the pool was a huge plus! We cannot wait to return for our next girls trip 😍

Comfortable and Spacious
This house has a beautiful outdoor area with pool, eating and sitting areas, and Weber grill, surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees.
The house is roomy with comfy beds, however it could use a bit of updating and maintenance.

Sweet Oasis!
