Overall, pleasant stay in a Studio room. Room was clean and well presented - only grumbles are ＞ no desk chair to use if working in the room ＞ side table next to the bed is small. Studio rooms are ＞ near the front gate, and so subject to a little noise in the early morning ＞ side-by-side, and back-to-back with each other One night was not so pleasant as a neighbour seemingly fell asleep to their TV, which was at very high volume, with the noise transferring through the common wall.

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night out of the 3 we paid for and were not able to get a refund. We arrived at our room and were greeted by cockroaches scurrying around the room. We went for dinner came back and then found them crawling across the bed. Needless to say not much sleep was had. Staff at the bar were lovely as was the lady at reception even though I was disappointed with the cleanliness and roaches. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights and only had hot water the first evening!! Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning we had no hot water. We told management and the lady called immediately for a repair man. He had a look at 7.00 pm Monday night and said someone would fix Tuesday. Well it wasn’t fixed Tuesday or even Wednesday morning which by then we were checking out. They told us and the other people affected it would be dealt with the next day. Haha!! I was told upon checkout I could put complaint in writing which I did and haven’t had a reply!!! What a joke!!

Rooms clean however maintenance needed doing. Not a park for family there is only pools and a jumping pillow which was closed more than open, they say due to rain even when stopped 5 hours prior. Not even a playground for kids. First tine i have ever been to a caravan park that does not have a play ground. Absolutely nothing for kids bar swimming. Food at poolside restaurannt very ordinary. Sorry but wont be staying there again.

The room was fine but our work group were mainly there for drinks and food. The bar/service staff were nice, but twice I had to enquire about about cocktails I'd ordered after waiting 10 minutes and they somehow seemed to have been forgotten. They also asked me twice if I had ordered random food like chips and wedges as if they had no idea who it was actually for. It was still a great time and all was nice so four stars. I also didn't accept any of the unknown food orders. 😆

Great friendly staff, clean cabins, and a convenient location to everything

Was very peaceful and relaxing and so close to home and everywhere.
