Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Holmsjö, 40 m from the lake, direct access to the beach, in the woods. For shared use: natural state property 4'000 m2. Bathing jetty fish-processing table. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 950 m, sandy beach "Bredasjön" 2 km. Cycle lane 8 km, cross country ski track 8 km, fishing possibilities 40 m. Nearby attractions: Räntemåla gård 22 km, Karlskrona 34 km, Boda glasbruk 46 km, Kalmar slott 68 km. Ein super schönes, modernes Haus an bester Lage wenn man einen ungestörrten Platz in der Natur sucht. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an gar nichts.Der private Steg am sehr sauberen See mit Ruderboot wurde von mir auch sehr geschätzt.

Das Haus ist modern und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (Sauna, Geschirrspüler, etc.) Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Natur und der See mit dem eigenem Fischboot sind einfach atemberaubend.

The property is set in a beautiful location with the lake being a massive draw for the boating and fishing. The property was really contemporary and the interior was immaculate yet homely . It location was ideally sited to the railway station supermarket

Very nice place to relax and get away from it all. Unfortunately I found the owner very rude. Electricity has to be paid in cash with Swedish kroner, although there is no exchange facility on site. At the end of the week the spring cleaning felt done in t
