Best Western Plus Ft Lauderdale Hollywood Airport Hotel

Got their checked in elevators never work got to the room was no fridge no coffee cup to make the coffee plus it had insect infestation not a good look looking to get back some of my money from spending two days walking 10 flights of stairs up and down every time I needed something no ice only on the ground floor. Wow..

Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

Was nice but very slow and having when you need something

Bruit incessant à chaque 15 minutes.

I thought that there was a shuttle to the airport. Apparently only at certain hours. Ridiculous check in. I would never use this hotel again

Completely understaffed. Tried calling for airport shuttle for 15 minutes with no answer. Heard same story from many other guests. One couple paid $40 for taxi (for a service that was supposed to be provided free by the hotel). We got luck and happened to see the shuttle at the airport and got on. Check-in clerk was doing his best and was friendly. But we asked him to put us on the shuttle list for the cruise port for the next day, and even confirmed it with him a second time. Next morning, we’re not on the list! I added our names - we’ll see what happens. Breakfast was a hot mess - ran out of forks, pastries, coffee; got up from table to get something, and the attendant cleaned the table and threw away the medication I had on the table!!!

i would never stay at the property ever again !! it’s nasty the staff was no help i needed water to take my medication and i was told there’s no drinking water at the property online it says they provide shuttle services but i was told they do not once i checked in . my room was dirty i felt like i was in a motel 6. but paying a high price. my stay was the worst!!!!!!!!
