Completely understaffed. Tried calling for airport shuttle for 15 minutes with no answer. Heard same story from many other guests. One couple paid $40 for taxi (for a service that was supposed to be provided free by the hotel). We got luck and happened to see the shuttle at the airport and got on. Check-in clerk was doing his best and was friendly. But we asked him to put us on the shuttle list for the cruise port for the next day, and even confirmed it with him a second time. Next morning, we’re not on the list! I added our names - we’ll see what happens. Breakfast was a hot mess - ran out of forks, pastries, coffee; got up from table to get something, and the attendant cleaned the table and threw away the medication I had on the table!!!
