Let me start by saying that this property is not what you expect, booked for the palms, but once you get there they will send you to another building (whatever is available) they own half of the properties around there, so they will give you the first room that comes up available around. Once you are able to find a parking spot that you pay for daily and it’s not assigned, you get to the room, the only word I can use is NASTY. From the floors, bathroom, kitchen, sheets, blinds on windows (broken locks) felt very unsafe, traveling with 2 kids, kitchen utensils, there was only one plate to use, needless to say we didn’t use anything in the kitchen, we had to wear flip flops constantly. Bathroom felt like it was going to come down on us, the shower faucet fell off and scratched my daughters back and made her bleed. Never had the room clean in the 4 days we stayed, not fresh towels, not a sweep, no garbage taken out..if you are close to the beach as much as you clean yourself, you always bring sand in with you. They charge you for ice outside their main office, which is staffed by a bunch of untrained and uneducated people, rude and very hard to understand, secretly talking to their peers while you are standing in front of them. Also got charged extra for a late check out, which we paid in advance and the next day they deactivated the card to the room and got locked out, had to walk there again and get it reactivated. Pay a bit extra and stay elsewher.PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!L

In general it was all good, but I wish they had coffee available in the morning, and afternoon, better cups for water, if possible vending machine for snacks, a printer in case we need to print something and electronic gates. I saw people trying to enter the property at night time. But I really enjoy the stay. Great location! and the front desk people they were really nice.

Didn’t expect much for the price I paid but this is definitely one of those motels you see in the horror movies where everybody dies.

200 feet from the ocean and boardwalk. Check in was easy and I was able to get early check in for a fee.

The check in was extremely busy though the front desk staff were fairly efficient. The room is roomy but there is a strong disinfectant smell. The hotels are fairly old I think. There was a mini kitchen and you can get a box for kitchen stuff like pans, mugs, cutlery. There is also a small store but there is no pricing displayed.

Bad place , dirty old place . Bad smell. I better sleep in my car instead of that place . Waste of money. Not recommending at all.
