All three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible. Bedroom 1 features 2 full sized bed with smart TV Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed with smart TV. Bedrooms 3 is furnished with a queen sized bed with Smart-TV Bedroom 4 is furnished with 2 queen sized bed with a Smart-Tv and a master bathroom If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 2 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Bathroom 1 is located off the master bedroom that has access to the pool and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book. Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $50 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee. The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules. We are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions or concern! They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
