brief overnight stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was very nice and attendant was very attentive to cleanliness and keeping food fresh.

There was nothing absolutely awful about this property, but it was objectively below average (and below my modest expectations). For example, the tub faucet started leaking a rather large amount of water in the middle of the night, and just kept going for more than half an hour before turning off. Nothing I could do to stop it. Plus, part of the alarm clock in my room was broken, and an uncovered bulb on top kept flashing in the dark throughout the night. In addition, walls are incredibly thin… The baby in the room next-door screamed for more than an hour in the middle of the night, and even with music playing & ear plugs in, it was very loud. Most frustrating part is that when I shared these things with the front desk staff, they just looked at me like it wasn’t really their problem. I would’ve expected a polite apology, even though I know these issues were not the individual fault of the front desk staff. So, overall, I got maybe three hours of sleep and certainly will not be stopping at this hotel again.

We've stayed in many hotels across the US and abroad and this hotel was not worth the money. After the third day of no trash/towel service I asked person at the front desk for the trash and dirty towels to be removed. When no service was provided and our room keys no longer worked, we returned to the front desk later that afternoon. I was told there are extra trash bags in the can for me to change as needed and that I should put the full trash bags and used towels outside the door. I asked for fresh towels and was told I had already requested extra towels upon check in so I shouldn't need any more. I wouldn't have minded quite as much if I had been told this on check in and if this wasn't told to me in an angry voice. After that exchange we did get fresh towels and trash service. We were told by other guests in the elevator to request the third floor when we stay at this facility as it has been refurbished (floor two, where we stayed, was well over due for refurbishing - see photos). The A/C filters have not been cleaned in a long time - the picture doesn't do the accumulated dust justice. Overall; we do not recommend staying at this hotel. The front desk was regularly unattended, the elevators were not vacuumed, the curtains, couch, and carpet were stained (see pics), and as someone who stayed for five nights I would have thought they would put us on the refurbished third floor.

The room was not cleaned well. Our 1 year old was playing in the room and found pills on the floor and ate one before we knew it. We spent hours in the ER to determine if it was harmful to him.

Anyone expecting a Country Inn and Suites here will be disappointed. What warm avuncular reception (plastic sheets separating you), warm fire, cookies, rocking chairs, library, nice carpeting! Internet not secure. All of what used to distiguish CI&S.....IS GONE! Might as well go to any other plain jane midrange hotel. Nothing special here any more.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful upon our arrival and offered us a first floor room as we are traveling with our two small children. The room access is very convenient and close to the exit so check out will be a breeze.

Bel établissement bien situé proche de l’autoroute 81. Personnel courtois et suite avec grandeur idéale pour famille avec jeunes enfants. Système mis en place pour contrôle des déjeuners unique … légèrement étrange

Really enjoyed our stay. Not too far off the highway. Shopping a couple of miles away but easy to find. The room was comfy!
