霍蘭德TownePlace Suites 飯店

Had a wonderful stay for two nights. We were traveling with two dogs, and appreciated the door hanging sign to let people know there were dogs in our room. Hotel property is very new, and in perfect condition. We booked a queen suite, plenty of room, had everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable bed, everything spotlessly clean. Staff at desk was really welcoming and helpful, especially Erick. Can't say enough positive things about our stay here.

Very nice hotel, roomy eating area and very nice hot breakfast. We stayed for 2 days and each day they had different type of eggs and meat. The waffles and toppings had quite a selection to choose from daily. The two bedroom suite was spacious and bright. I'd like to suggest they add an ice bucket, a small clock, silverware and cardboard coffee cups. The pool was pretty big and the whirl pool was nice. The exercise room was also bigger than others we've seen so it was a nice surprise. We were also impressed that they had two large barbeque grills and a fire pit off to the side of the entrance. ***However management needs to hire more staff! I waited over 20 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk. This was around 6:00 pm. The phone was also ringing and no one was answering it as well. When someone did arrive I told him about my wait he apologized and told me he was the only one there and he was training the new employee and they both left to go assist a guest upstairs. I thought ok but not too wise since anyone could have gone in the back office or taken an the the items they were selling at the front desk. Then the next morning I noted there was only 1 employee working the front check in desk and one working the breakfast area. The girl at the front desk had to leave her station to help the breakfast girl and run back and forth between both areas. I would like to say the staff was working extremely hard to accommodate so I don't fault them at all. They should be commended for their efforts. I heard no complains from them at all. Other than that it was a great experience and we would return to this hotel.

Wife and I was visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Holland and choose the TownePlace Suites. This must be a new hotel because it had that “new” smell and looked great. The room had a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and so on. Beds were so comfortable too. Breakfast was also included for free and was one of the best you can get at a hotel that I have seen. Bacon, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, etc. Ok, I’ve had a lot of waffles in my life and never thought I would say this but these pre-made waffles were the best I’ve ever had. Asked for a late check-out which was granted using the chat function in the Bonvoy app. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Holland area.
