Crystal Cove by Elegant Hotels - All-Inclusive

The beach was very nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. My biggest complaint is the quality and variety of the food. For breakfast they have a very limited buffet. Lunch is the same offering a limited buffet of burgers, tacos, and wraps. For dinner they offer 3 main courses. For being an island they offer very limited seafood options. They have a sweet sauce they put on everything pork, lamb, fish. The food selection is cheap. The entertainment is very poor during the day there is no music playing at all. There were a couple of nights with live acts that were not bad but the rest of the nights the music was slow and boring. I expected to hear island music and that was very limited. I will definitely not return. This property is expensive for what you get. I’ve been to all inclusive resorts in other Caribbean islands and by far this was the worst.

This resort is absolutely breathtaking and the staff are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Great location to come to with family or friends. Water sports are fun and easy to book, additional activities are easy to find, and food was delicious!

The property is nice but for it to be an all inclusive resort it had stipulations. The pool closed at 6pm everyday, kitchen was closed after dinner, no late night menu. My room Housekeeper was rude and complained. Still unsure as to why. I requested cleaning supplies and vacuum to clean my own room. Had to ask housekeeper too many times to do things such as take the empty dishes out; the trash and to replace the shampoo and conditioner in the room. My 6 days at the resort my mini bar was restocked twice. The front staff was very nice and was willing to do whatever to make our stay enjoyable. Also got charged for a night that we were not at resort due to Air Canada cancelling our flight.we called resort and let them know this and they never wrote it down so we had to pay for night.

The beach was very nice…we loved the water sports available right on the property. I would have enjoyed a little bit more group activity options during the day (water aerobics, trivia, games..), but overall, the resort was very relaxing and beautiful.

I loved the property! the staff was super friendly and accommodating, they didn't miss a thing. the property was right on the beach and they had three out door pools, plenty of room for everyone. The only thing I would say is that there was no night life for the younger crowd and we spent a lot of money traveling into town for the clubs and other activities. I would recommend adding a shuttle into town for these activities that would of made our stay a 10/10.

We came here for a wedding, so it was a family event. I emailed ahead to have transportation from the hotel arranged, no one was there. Front desk people were nice. They made a big deal about reservations for dinner every night and every time we showed up the whole place was pretty empty. On our last night, after having reserved for the same number of people for 3 nights prior, they could not find our 7PM reservation and said they could only take us at 9pm (at this time there was barely any food left). At this point they seemed more concerned about the new guests than the ones that were still there. To top it off the buffet style dinner and breakfast were cold most of the time. At arrival they will say that you can dine at other properties, this is oversold since it's like an exchange program and it is only 6 people total per day that can go to another property. Even if your group is 4 people, if others reserved before you, you could not make it. The activities were cool but the people running it were pretty rude, they seemed bothered just by you asking simple questions like availability and such. Delores at the bar was very nice but the drinks were so sweet and barely any alcohol in them. Even the rum didn't feel like it was the best quality. The spirits variety was very limited, even for the wedding's open bar which they should have been prepared for. Overall, this place is overpriced in my opinion.

Gated security was a great start. The reception area was well-staffed with very knowledgeable and friendly employees. The room was exactly as described online, very clean, safe, and attractive. The food and beverage choices were fabulous. All the employees were helpful and went above and beyond to assure guests' questions and requests were satisfied. Booking excursions was a breeze. The facility was lovely and well-maintained. The beach area was wonderfully inviting, simply beautiful.

Such a lovely hotel and amazing friendly staff. The reception exterior and lobby area does look abit dated and nothing wow, once you get past that, its really lovely everywhere else.checkin was quick and complimentary upgrade given which put me in a happier mood straight away. Lovely rooms, we had the suite which was spacious ,and plently drinks in the fridge! Food was plentiful, nice menu's and plenty of variety. Childrens evening menu was good also as had plenty of choices. Staff were amazing with my 3 year old, which would please any parent. Knew him by name and interacted with him each time they met him which he loved!! Pools lovely and clean, and look amazing with the cave designed waterfall feature. Beaches are lovely and spacious, waters lovely. Just a few pebble on walk into the sea, but been told by regulars to that resort that they are not usually there come mid feb onwards. Waters are calmer than anywhere else on the island and the large rocks on a small area of the sea, stop the waves crashing into you , which creates a lovely area in the sea to relax. Water not very deep, could walk out to sea a fair distance and it comes upto your waist, so nice for not so confident swimmers also and toddlers. Entertainment was a disappoin**ent, as only something on for 3 nights in the whole week for some reason. Having said that people who had been there longer said its only this week that entertainment was not so good for some reason. Perfect location to venture out

Everything was wonderful, the property was beautiful, the pools, swim up bar, the beach access, the water sports, the food, drinks everything was great! Only complaint would be the shower needed major updating.
