Séjour au Howard Johnson d’Holbrook Séjour d’une nuit au Howard Johnson de Holbrook. Hôtel très bien entretenu le personnel très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Pas de cafetière dans les chambres mais café et thé disponible à l’accueil . La piscine et le spa super ! Le PDJ correct avec le choix entre de café thé gaufres jus de fruit céréales et muffins. ( pas de salé)

Everything was good with the exception of the breakfast. Essentially I had the choice of cold cereal or hot instant oatmeal. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to have more choices if you advertise breakfast. The restaurant next door served excellent smoked meats and home made vegetables and soup—delicious.

Room was nice, everything in good condition and very clean. Beds were comfortable, but pillows hard. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast options were very limited, coffee was weak. Very comfortable stay, would stay again, but would look for better breakfast elsewhere.

I got there at 10:15 pm after driving for almost 8 hours. The receptionist was super nice but I don’t know what she did that took about 40 minutes to get checked as she someone cancelled my reservation. Once I got to the room it was very smelly. We went to bed and around 11;00 pm she came back knocking at the door. I asked what she needed and she would not respond until I had to open the door. She asked me if there were things in the room because apparently somebody else claimed that room or something. She was nice, but so untrained in customer service.

I wanted to look out to check something outside and couldn’t use the peep hole in the door because it had been plugged for some reason, which could be a safety issue if someone was at the door. Second issue is their breakfast was very limited: waffles, bread slices and muffins. The biggest issue was not enough places to sit. I do need to clarify, there was a second area around the corner with tables but it wasn’t noticed until we were checking out.

Prompt check in. They did not give me a receipt. There was no Kleenex in the room, no coffee maker in room, one small shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion, only one really small bar of soap, and no body wash or soap for shower. I expect more from a Howard Johnson.
