霍爾沃克斯我的夢想旅館

Muy bonito el hotel, la relación precio-lugar está muy bueno, se pasa. La habitación cómoda, la cama muy rica. Cuenta con A/C, televisor y baño. Nos incluyeron desayuno y estaba muy rico. La atención de Reyna superó las expectativas, muy amable ella.

It’s taken me longer than I would’ve liked to write this review as I was and still am very traumatised by what happened and I would really like the owners of the hotel to contact me. I stayed here beginning of May with a couple of friends and on our second to last night the manager insisted on cooking us dinner as he said it was something he wanted to try out with guests of the hotel who stay longer than a couple of days. Him and a woman made us food and he made us cocktails. We invited him to sit after the meal as we thought he was really sweet and had been super helpful throughout our stay. After 30 minutes or so me and my friends went to our rooms. I then woke up to the hotel manager in my room, he was touching me. He said the door was open ( I’m very sure it wasn’t, I checked it before I went to sleep but the lock on the door of that particular room was faulty and didn’t have a double lock which is maybe why he placed me in that room? ) and he had brought me a cocktail, when I said no to the drink he said he was really good at massages and asked if I wanted one. I said no thank you, he left the room and I ran up to the room my friends were staying in. I was hysterical obviously and terrified. We then booked another hotel for our last night and I slept in the room with them. I wasn’t quite sure what else to do about this other than the review as I imagine he has access to the hotel email etc

Lovely small boutique hotel. Basic but very clean rooms with safe and mini fridge. Hot water showers and a beautiful small pool that was perfect to cool off in the afternoons. Reina, the manager, is incredibly kind and works very hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. She not only checks in with you regularly, she cooks, cleans the rooms, and provides recommendations and insight to the island. We had to catch the 630am ferry for our departure, and she very kindly made us sandwiches for the morning of our flight. Also noteworthy was the poolside surprise of banana bread she said she made for the 1st time! Such a sweet touch and delicious as well! Basic breakfast and coffee were included in the stay with a handful of options, all very good. Bicycles are available to rent and Reina can arrange carts and tours if needed. Also, shout out to Pepe and the other gentleman that assisted Reina, we unfortunately didn't catch his name. They were both fantastic as well. The only cons that may be an issue for other people, it is pretty long walk to town center and beach, 20 minutes or so (we enjoyed how quiet the location was, and enjoy walking so didn't bother us at all) I can see how this would be difficult when it rains as flooding is very common. For early risers, coffee and breakfast are typically available after 8 am, sometimes later, depending on how full the hotel is. Overall, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Comment dire, l'hôtel est a l'image de l'île..... en travaux perpétuels, accès impossible, routes défoncées, déchetterie géante. Heureusement des lieux comme ponta coco ou mosquito... L'accueil est froid et des notre arrivée plusieurs ouvriers sont a l'oeuvre. L'hôtel s'agrandit. Les chambres sont correctes, literies bonnes. Nous avions la 5 située au bout de la piscine. Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche ou alors attendre 10 a 15 minutes pour en avoir. Bonjour l'économie sur une île ou l'eau potable est précieuse. Le ventilateur plafond est en panne? Donc si vous voulez profiter du silence pour la sieste. Attendre 18 h la débauche.... concernant le petit déjeuner, il n'est pas a la hauteur du prix demandé, café et thé infectes. Pas de beurre ni confiture. Pain de mie juste toasté. En conclusion pour 10 ou 15€ de plus la nuit vous pouvez vous offrir un hôtel en bord de mer avec acces direct a la plage (los nubes trop bien) plus loin mais idyllique. Pour finir le commentaire nous avions réservé un taxi pour notre départ le lendemain, bateau a 7h taxi a 6h30, il n'est jamais venu et nous avons donc porter nos valises sur l'épaule et courrir jusqu'a l'embarcadère...... a 90€ la nuitée c'est très cher pour le coin et décevant dans le rapport qualité prix.... je déconseille fortement.

Fue mi primera vez en Holbox y todo estuvo excelente tal como lo pensamos,llegando al hotel después de hacer el tour en lancha fue grato llegar a pasar un rato en la alberca y con las cervecitas q estaban en el refri con los cacahuates fue el perfecto snack,el hotel queda a sólo 4 4 cuadras de la llegada del ferri,la ubicación fue perfecta para descansar agusto ya q esta apartado del ruido de los bares del centro,realmente solo una vez agarramos taxi no había necesidad caminar 10 o 15 min para llegar a los restaurantes y playas esta perfecto.. La chica recepcionista muy amable igual q el mucho que atiende en las mañanas. El desayuno fue perfecto para empezar el día los hot cakes ricos y esponjocitos, la habitación muy cómoda y agradable con aire acondicionado y canales de tv por ña noches llegamos a ver una película. Definitivamente nos quedamos con ganas de volver a regresar a mis sueños Holbox..

En el lado positivo. Habitaciones cómodas alrededor de una bonita piscina. En el negativo. El acceso resulta complicadísimo después de unos días de lluvia. No sólo a este, afecta al pueblo entero pues es un lodazal y cloaca a cielo abierto. El hotel tiene habilitada como tal la primera planta mientras están construyendo una segunda, lo que implica el continuo tránsito de albañiles por la parte de huéspedes, especialmente entre las habitaciones 3 y 4 dónde estaban construyendo una escalera para la planta superior. A la 7.10 de la mañana comenzaron los golpes en el techo, pararon 15' después para retomarlos a las 8.00. Mostramos nuestra disconformidad a la señorita que por las mañanas atiende la recepción. Como contestación dijo "no escuchar nada y que la información de las obras en el establecimiento está en la web" se dio media vuelta y marchó, ninguna disculpa. Consultada la web no aparece aviso alguno, se lo hacemos saber y de muy mal carácter y falta de educación y/o formación para el trabajo de cara al público negó que esto sucediera así. El hotel cuando quede terminado estará bien, más si el personal que lo atiende sea como el chico de las tardes. Si de verdad quieren disfrutar Holbox vayan y gastense el dinero en algun hotel en primera línea de playa, el pueblo es intransitable y caro para lo ofrecido.
