Lovely stay indeed, staff have been very helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the lush environment and quiet ambience, away from the historic town but a short taxi away. The silk tour was definitely a plus, highly recommended!

The location of the hotel right in the old quarter is fantastic and the grounds of the hotel and immaculate and the look of the hotel from the outside is great. The room we had was large and the bed was huge (and comfortable). However the bathroom is really in need of an update and the step up over the bath to get the shower needed a stool (which they put there). Unfortunately we did have a couple of maintenance problems, which included a hair dryer that didn't work (a replacement was soon provided) and the power box for the key card that stopped working (this took more than an hour to fix before we had power in the room). Also they did provide complimentary water on the shelve above the fridge, BUT be careful because the water in the fridge isn't free. I hadn't realised that the water wasn't free so felt very embarrassed when they had the maid check and say I had used the minibar. If they do some maintenance work I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

偶然的住宿,因爲最初入圍但不可用,最終選擇了一個面向5星級物業的海灘。明星對我們有利,Maison Vy被證明是我們在15天越南之旅中體驗到的最好的房產之一。這是一個非常有品味的財產,雖然它沒有酒吧運營,或者餐館運營,但它是一個超級的經驗。地中海色彩計劃到處都是,傢俱,斯巴達的感覺和小但非常重要的小東西,比如在一天結束時恢復活力的足浴,是一個令人難以置信的觸摸。工作人員無一例外都很友好,熱衷於爲我們服務,關心我們的需求。新冠病毒似乎已經處理了一些打擊,但隨着新規範,早餐服務非常出色,也是我們整個行程中體驗到的最好的。從水果演示,麥片配酸奶和烤椰子片,到卓越的牛露面,這是一個難忘的住宿。牛露本身就是回到會安,特別是Maison Vy的理由。我無法想象有這樣的事情,爲b'fast,但會推薦給每一位會安遊客。它是一種簽名麪條,一個簽名菜餚,並符合它的聲譽,特別是當它用簡單的香料準備,用愛和微笑服務時。

在會安住的最佳位置,老城區步行幾分鐘就到橋上。很棒的服務,很乾淨的新酒店。每天至少打掃兩次房屋,沒有什麼是太多要求。酒店健身房也挺好的,他們甚至有史密斯機。一樓江景房晚上老城區亮燈時景色令人驚歎。

Lily的服務非常優良。 飯店整體服務都非常優良，從接待到Check in、到客房服務，以及飯店的Minibar等服務，幾乎可以讓外國客人無微不至的享受。英語溝通幾乎是非常輕易的，若想去惠安古城可以借腳踏車，週邊的商店也可以買到一些啤酒等等的小點心，飯店對面泡麵以及雞肉飯非常的好吃。 飯店的設施方面皆很新，餐廳的服務很好，要不是因為我們帶小小朋友，沒辦法體驗游泳池服務，真的很可惜。內人有體驗spa服務，價格真的非常親民。絕對會再回訪。

離舊城區有點遠，但是飯店可以免費租自行車，或步行20分鐘。位置很好，適合安靜的夜晚。無線網路訊號非常弱，不停地連接和斷開。由於網路連線很差，電視也一直暫停。服務很好，一旦你預訂了，他們會通知你提供前往酒店的收費交通。我們去做了一次按摩，但價格昂貴而且效果不好，還跳過了一些步驟並縮短了按摩時間（付了 1 小時的費用，但只按摩了 45 分鐘）。房間整體乾淨，早餐不錯，泳池乾淨。但第一天吃早餐的時候，我的老闆被問了3次他的房間號，甚至在吃飯的時候也是如此。他認為這有點粗魯，他們應該有一個系統來檢查入口，然後讓客人安靜地吃飯。同樣在結帳時，那位女士非常堅持要我在貓頭鷹上寫評論，同時我一邊打字一邊盯著手機螢幕。她甚至不在乎我的司機已經在外面等我了。我認為這種行為有點過分，因為她本可以相信我在車上時就能完成審核。並且還給我撰寫適當評論的隱私，而不是在我打字並試圖「建議我寫什麼」時一直盯著我的手機並閱讀評論。 但總的來說我住得很愉快。

After carefully considering a dozen options for a wedding venue along the coast between Da Nang and Hoi Anh we chose Palm Garden resort, and were very thankful to have done so. We had established a series of criteria which included a) welcoming outdoor beach-front setting, b) attentive yet modest staff, c) clean and comfortable rooms, and d) an engaging and supportive event manager. Palm garden had all 4, and we were particularly pleased with the overall comfort our guests experienced throughout their stay. Our event manager, Ms. Truc gave us a positive impression when we first met and was very responsive throughout the 4 months of detailed preparations and planning with family members from the US, Europe and Viet Nam all actively involved ! The ceremony itself, as well as the reception, dinner and evening activities ran vey smoothly and the staff were attentive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended venue and event managing team! Thank you!
