It was great stay during my short visit to Hoi An. The owner is friendly and can speak English so it really help us a lot in term of communication. The room I stay is very clean and can’t even see any dusk as the floor is really shining. Facilities inside bathroom is up to date, really love to bed were very soft and can just feel like really at home. We also arrange our coconut village trip and book chartered car back to Danang direct with the owner. The surrounding of this place is at local community and it really peacefull.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour, Binh et Linh sont agréables et attentionnés. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, et permet de rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. Prêt de vélo (très pratique pour aller dans la vieille ville ou à la plage), transport depuis l'aéroport de Danang et vers Hué. Je recommande, c'était très agréable !

I had a great stay and experience here. It’s more like a family (they live in the same building) guest house to start with. I’ve stayed in a 5 bed dorm, with a somewhat unusual set up of 5 normal beds. But with only two occupied and lots or room, it wasn’t an issue at all. The place is very clean, safe, comfortable and has a thoughtful modern bear themed interior. A wide variety of tasty breakfast to choose from is freshly made everything morning. The owners, Binh and Linh, are very kind, speak good English and can probably help you out with anything (like in my case getting a last minute bus ticket during the Tet holiday). It’s location is something to consider, you’ll need a bicycle to get into town or to the beach, if you don’t wanna walk more then 20 minutes. Luckily these are included with your stay. Absolutely recommendable (also for families with kids).

The most amazing place I’ve stayed in Vietnam - Binh and her family are angels. Such a great atmosphere and so helpful with arranging tours, busses, bicycles and motorbikes. Family dinner was so good and so filling - we helped cook so it was super social with Binh and her family as well as the other guests. Binh also showed us to a great bar on ***** NYE. I’m telling everybody I meet on my trip that they must stay here.

I went there for 2 days and was almost perfect. The rooms are clean and well suited and equiped. The hosts are available, reactive and very helpful for any kind of questions from where to visit (help finding organized tour), where to eat or cook to how to live and adapt in Vietnamese culture. I recommend promptly if you want to visit hoi an.

Excellent service! The owners are genuine and helpful. Tasty home cooked breakfast and bicycles included in the price. Spacious, clean dorms with air-con. No privacy curtains, but it wasn’t really a problem for us. Cozy and quiet neighborhood. The old town and the beach within bicycle-distance. Would absolutely recommend!
