獅子王飯店(Lion King Hotel)

라이언킹을 예약하고 갔는데.. 전날 묶었던 손님이 사고로 체크아웃을 못해서 저희 방이 없었어요.. 다행히 호텔의 빠른 대처로 근처의 더 좋은 호텔에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 사장님은 우리가 다른 호텔로 간 뒤에도 괜찮은지 확인 연락을 해주고 굉장히 친절했어요, 이정도 친절함이라면 당연히 투숙했어도 좋았을 것 같아요~

We had a great stay at Lion King Hotel. The owners were so friendly and amazingly helpful. They preempted all our needs and help to recommend us good food places. My girlfriend and I had a great birthday celebration at Hoi A because of their wonderful hospitality. The hotel room is clean and big, there is even a swimming pool and chill area. Just a short 5min walk from all the night market activities, this is the perfect hotel in Hoi An.

The owners of the hotel were extremely kind from the beginning of our stay until the very end, helping us by recommending restaurants, purchasing our train tickets to Hue and even making our honeymoon special with very nice treats. I don’t generally review on TripAdvisor but the hospitality of this hotel makes it necessary to thank both Mrs Flower and her husband. If we come back to Hoi An, we will return to this hotel, hopefully for more days.

This hotel is owned and operated by a young Vietnamese family. I was very warmly welcomed and instantly felt safe and assured. A map showing local attractions and food was provided and personalised to my needs. The hotel is 5 min walk from old town tourist area. I was easily able to walk to all the old town attractions. They also booked a bamboo basket tour for me (I would also suggest a tour of My Son Sanctuary as it is reasonably close by and really beautiful) I arrived at lunchtime and after checking my dietary needs a complimentary Bahn mi was delivered to my room (so thoughtful as I was really hungry). My room was very clean and had a small balcony looking out to the pool; wonderful shower and water pressure. I only used the pool once as I was out touring most days. The hotel does not yet have a kitchen but work is underway to finish this in an adjacent building. Such a great hotel and I would stay here again. It was also good value for the amount paid. I wish the owners every success

Prior to our arrival we received a few WhatsApp messages from Robert plus he sent a car for us to be taken to Hoi A from the hotel where we stayed in Da Nang. Our driver turned up on time and less than an hour later we had a fabulous friendly welcome from Robert and his wife Flower. Flower gave us a little tourist map with places she recommended to eat and to visit etc.. most helpful information. Our room overlooking the pool was comfortable and very spotlessly clean, we had a super powerful shower and the bed too was comfy and cosy. The hotel is in a handy location and not overly far from anywhere, both Robert and Flower speak very good English and are a most delightful young couple who take their hospitality business seriously - nothing is too much trouble Thank you both for a very nice stay and continued success with your charming white clad beautifully kept hotel .. it's devine and with attention to every detail no matter how small. 🙏

Robert was a fantastic host from the arrival Bahn mi that he gave us on checking in to exceptional customer service. Our room overlooking the pool was cute and clean. The pool was big and so refreshing after the hot heat and the air conditioner was a welcome relief. Robert knows his town very well and will tell you all the great places to go. We hired a bike from Robert and went exploring. A must stay hotel when in Hoi Anh right in the very heart of town easy to walk to everything. 5 star hotel.

The most enjoyable, relaxing hotel stay I have experienced in at least 45 years! The hotelier team if Robert and Flower have an innate ability to create a relaxing, personalized, vacation atmosphere. Flower and Robert share a perceptive ability to bring the best qualities of Hoi An for their guests. Our group of five friends and family truly had a fun and enjoyable visit at the Lion King Hotel and to Hoi An. Shawn Maxwell

The owners and operators of this hotel made my stay extremely comfortable, provided very useful information about things to do in the area, and went out of their way to provide small services that made me feel like family. The hotel location is perfect, just outside of the old town area. Very convenient short walk to old town with it's shops and temples. The pool is small but lovely, the rooms are very comfortable with great air con, beds, and showers. The owners will provide great advice on where to go, for touristy activities or to get the best tailoring, food, etc. They will also book you a car to go visit the sights near Hoi An. The customer service here is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival we were greeted by warm friendly smiles of Robert and Flower. We arrived early, so our room wasn't quite ready yet but Flower provided helpful food, spa and tour recommendations. Flower and Robert are an absolutely delightful couple, and our stay at the Lion King hotel was made that much more enjoyable because of their hospitality. This is an fabulous boutique hotel that is 2 minute walk from famous Banh Mi Queen - Madam Khanh and 5 minutes walk to Old City. Rooms are very clean and nicely designed with modern furnishings. Bed and pillows were so comfy we slept like log. Pool is modest but more than adequate to for you cool off and lounge on the cute day bed with a good book. I must say the service is top notch - I accidentally left my sunglasses with tour group and with Flower's help and persistence, I managed to get them back before I had to leave the next day. She also saved the day by organising her driver to drive us to the airport, after our driver we booked got a flat tyre. To top it off, Flower sent us off with some yummy treats. One of the most personable and amazing service I have received from a hotel - very memorable stay. I highly recommend booking this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Hoi An.
