J'ai adoré l'hospitalité de notre hôte qui a été vraiment gentille et nous avons eux un très beau sejour il y a la rivières tout juste devant l'hôtel et nous avons droit au petit déjeuner inclus,perso j'ai pris les pancake qu banane et je les recommande

Mucho cuidado con este alojamiento. Hemos estado con ellos 4 noches, reservando en Agoda. La piscina es increíble pero todo lo demás, un desastre. La gerente, Moon, hace todo lo posible para venderte tours mucho más caros que en la ciudad, y te intenta vender desde el check in y hasta en el desayuno, cuando se sienta contigo con folletos. Las habitaciones están en mal estado, no las limpiaron en 3 días, la mampara de la ducha rota, el aire acondicionado chorreaba. Daba la sensación de estar todo sucio. También tuvimos malas experiencias, como una pelea con gritos a la 1 AM y nadie de seguridad (se supone que hay alguien) vino a hacer nada. Alquilamos bicicletas que apenas frenaban por 50k por bici y día. Lo peor, que habíamos extendido una noche más (la 5a) al día siguiente de llegar, y dos horas antes, viene y nos dice que (casualidad?) se le ha olvidado y que la ha revendido a una familia a un precio mayor. Cuando nos fuimos disgustados a otro alojamiento, canceló la reserva en Agoda para evitar malos comentarios cuando ve que los huéspedes no están satisfechos. Una pena arruinar una estancia en una ciudad tan bonita como Hoi An solo porque la gerente quiere hacer dinero y más dinero.

The first thing we noticed upon arrival is that the pictures DO NOT look like the ones advertised on all booking sites. The pictures make Corn Villa look new, clean, and somewhere you would want to spend some time at. In actuality, Corn Villa is old, dirty, and falling apart. There is a huge garbage pile (pvc pipes, wood, etc) and a big dirty rooster cage on the other side of a small concrete wall next to the pool. There are five or six roosters that crow ALL THE TIME, morning and night. I had to sleep with ear plugs to try to muffle the sound of the roosters, and even then I didn't get a good night's sleep. When we arrived, Moon (the manager/owner), sat us down and let us know that we should buy tours/tickets through her (side hustle?). After a long travel day, all we wanted to do was get to our room, change our clothes and get something to eat. She could have easily said that she can help with tours and tickets, we didnt need to watch videos of attractions. The room we booked wasn't available, even tho it showed available on the booking site, so it was a pain to unpack and pack up the next day. This happened to another couple while we were there so I'm wondering if double booking is a normal procedure at Corn Villa. As for the room itself. There are no robes, no safe, no clothes drying rack, no iron and no kettles. I asked for an iron and a kettle and Moon did supply those. We asked about the safe, and were told that no one uses them and the one in our second room wasn't functional. Once we got to the room we paid for the next afternoon, more problems occurred. We were missing a 2 ft by 2 ft ceiling tile in the bathroom, one of the outlets next to the bed didn't work, one of the reading lights above the bed wasnt working, the stairwell lights and room outside light didn't work which made it difficult to find the key hole in the door (thank God for phone flashlights), A/C remote was temperamental (mostly not working), and the tv remote (in both rooms) needed batteries replaced. The valve in the shower, to change from rain head to wand, was broken completely off. We talked to Moon about this and she was fully aware but yet, it's still broken and not replaced. The beds are very hard. The woven lounge beds around the pool are in need of replacing. The umbrellas that you see in the booking listing do not exist. Well the frame of the umbrellas are there but, there is no material on them. The breakfast is OK, and the ladies who work during breakfast are very sweet. You do not get free refills of coffee or juice....anything extra is $30,000 VND. You do not get complimentary water bottles like you do in most hotels. Bike rentals are $50,000 VND, and we watched a couple come back to the Villa twice to get something fixed on their bike before finally heading out. The location is just OK. There isn't much around you, and it's a 1.5 kms walk to the action. Walking home down a dark path along the river wouldn't be ideal fo

We came here with our young son and so glad we chose this hotel. The rooms are big and spacious, the bed also big and very comfortable. - included is fridge , tv and kettle. The showers are powerful and can go very warm. The rooms come with a patio and we were so lucky that we could literally open our room door and dive straight into the stunning pool. It’s great value for money and a tasty breakfast is included with a great selection on the menu aswel as juice tea or coffee. I would also like to give a special mention to the owner Moon and her beautiful daughter. We had trouble with a lost passport from a previous hotel. Moon was a god send, she really went over and above to help retrieve our passport and they are such a warm, welcoming family. - When we come back to Hoi An we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed 3 nights ! The place is perfect, far from the downtown noise, no problem with the hot water, the wifi was good and Moon is the perfect host ! Free bicycles and good price for a scooter available. The pancakes at breakfast was delicious.

Great place to stay staff very friendly and helped get us cheep flights and entry into local attractions including hai van pass ( awesome) great value place for price walking distance to old city.and have scooter rental and bicycles. Great place
