第一次到會安遊玩住宿的賓館，服務人員很有禮貌熱情耐心，早餐豐盛，地點到中心八分鐘車程 下次會再次光顧

工作人員非常友好和熱情，總是願意提供任何力所能及的幫助。這確實讓我們在會亞的住宿非常愉快。 房間很寬敞，不會太熱，還有舒適的套房。 飯店距離海灘有 10 分鐘的車程，距離舊城區有 10 分鐘的計程車車程，因此對於兩者而言，位置都非常理想。 如果我回來，我一定會再預訂這家酒店。價格很划算 謝謝

一個非常漂亮、安靜的放鬆場所。房間整潔，剛剛裝潢過。淋浴時使用熱水。友好的員工。電視有 20 個頻道，沒有俄語頻道，只有一個英語頻道。早餐是自助餐，很棒，美味而且種類豐富。距離市中心3公里，可免費租借自行車。我推薦它！

吃得可能更多，但我遇到了不少擔憂： - 床罩上有長長的瓦姆頭髮（清潔人員） - 工作人員記錄我的日記，甚至走進房間，詢問我退房當天是否需要清潔，這毫無意義） - 自助早餐僅提供溫咖啡，食物選擇不符合標準，水果很少 - 房間內與接待處之間的電話故障 - 周圍環境和街道破舊不堪 貸款樹幹有缺陷，應每天檢查 整體而言，房地產具有解決這些問題的巨大潛力； 整體而言，服務水準很高、很有幫助、反應迅速。 -

We booked this hotel in Hoi An for a quiet stay, and while the location was peaceful, the experience was frustrating. The internet was terrible—despite a strong signal, speeds were barely 2 Mbps, making it impossible to work. Since I needed internet, the staff showed us other rooms, but they were much noisier. We made the mistake of switching rooms, and it was a disaster. For four nights, we barely slept—kids ran around, doors slammed constantly, and a water pump above our room turned on and off all night. We were exhausted and spent our days frustrated. The only highlight was the breakfast—easily one of the best we had in Vietnam. The staff were also super friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the TV was outdated, and the noise made it impossible to rest. Good value for money, but if you need peace and quiet, this is not the place. We were just relieved to leave. They have a gym but it was i useable and super dirty

飯店距離會安古鎮約3公里。第一印像是房間聞起來有霉味和潮濕味。房間設施齊全，床單乾淨。每天進行清潔並更換毛巾。工作人員非常友好和周到，總是微笑著準備為您提供幫助。即使是針對亞洲口味的早餐也很好。游泳池不在同一位置，但可以搭乘接駁車到達。一個特別貼心的禮物是婦女節時收到的一份裝有絲綢玫瑰的包裹。

I had a great stay and liked the fact it was a quiet location 1.5 k from Hoi An, which was too crowded and noisy. The resort was beautifully yet simply furnished, in a modern vietnamese style. The TV in the bedroom worked, which was great because there were times I just wanted to rest in bed , having a back condition. Especially after being in town which could be exhausting. The breakfast was multi choices, beautifully laid out and at a lovely venue behind the resort. Finally, the girls at reception were lovely, friendly and helpful. I remember Kim's name, but there were 2 other equally lovely and respectful girls helping at reception. The cleaners were thorough, and the room was made up daily and was clean and pleasant with coffee sachets and biscuits replaced daily. Just little things and details which made my stay more pleasant. I would recommend this resort, which was budget friendly but also classy in an uderstated way. I hope to return there in the future on my next visit to Vietnam.

絕對可愛的度假村。接待處的女士很親切，早餐很棒，選擇豐富。唯一的缺點是位置，你必須步行約 40 分鐘才能到達舊城區或海灘

We journeyed through Vietnam from South to North and stayed in many high-end hotels, but none can compare to the Nature Resort in Hoi An. As soon as our car pulled up, the staff warmly welcomed us, took care of our luggage, and efficiently handled our check-in. The service was outstanding, with polite and friendly staff members. I particularly remember Trang, Hang, and Chau for their exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel!

방은 사진에서 보여지는 것 보다는 작지만 깨끗하고 깔끔하다. 특히 욕실의 분위기는 엔틱한 느낌의 수전과 계수대가 인상적이다. 2만원대 숙박비에 나쁘지 않은 조식까지. 하이퀄리티 가성비를 자랑한다. 단점은 호이안 올드타운과는 약 2km 정도의 거리가 있어 물리적, 시간적 제약을 받는 점이다. 참고로 자전거 무료렌탈이 가능하며, 데스크에 요청하면 오토바이 렌탈서비스를 받을 수 있다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 데스크 직원등의 서비스 정신이다. 가능한 최대치로 도와주려고 애를 써준다. 해결 방법을 알려주는 정도가 아니라 해결을 해주려 노력한다는 점이다. 휴대폰을 분실했는데 여기 직원들은 휴대폰 분실시 메뉴얼을 알려주는 정도가 아니라 같이 자전거를 타고 찾아나서주고 본인들의 네트워크를 발휘해서 주변 지인들의 도움까지 요청해준다. 마지막으로 경찰 접수에 필요한 서류작업까지 도움을 주었다. 지금까지 여러 나라의 호텔을 다녀보았지만 이런 직원들을 만나보지 못했다. 물론 휴대폰을 잃어버리는 한계치에 접한 적이 없어서 비교치가 왜곡될 수는 있겠지만, 여기 직원들은 정말 친구의 요청처럼 받아들여주었다. 정말로 인상적이었으며, 감동적이었다. 휴대폰 분실로 인해 엄청난 양의 추억 사진을 분실했지만 좋은 인연과 감동적인 추억을 새롭게 만든 것 같아서 다행이라 생각한다.
