雷迪森野生動物園飯店-胡德斯普魯特

This hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality, luxury and service. The hotel is a short drive from the local airport and is perfect for safari. We used it as a base to visit different sections of KNP. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Отелем остались довольны, персонал отзывчивый. Прекрасный завтрак с большим выбором блюд, все очень вкусно. На территории есть бассейн и шезлонги, но мы, к сожалению, ими не воспользовались, так как было не очень жарко.

Beautiful designed hotel with excellent service and food

The staff needs more training on hospitality. The hotel needs to make each guests stay a personalised experience or tailored experience. We shouldn’t be boxed into one box. Each guests is unique and we come for different reasons, some for the safari experience, some to rest and reboot. Management should highlight the importance of taking care of guests and their needs to the staff .

Nous avons passé 5 nuits au Radisson Safari d’Hoedspruit lors de notre voyage en Afrique du Sud. Nous avons été ravis de ce choix. L’hôtel est récent (Février 2024) et se situe à une vingtaine de minutes de l’aéroport d’Hoedspruit. Notre chambre (à l’étage) était spacieuse et offrait une vue imprenable sur les montagnes du Drakensberg. Elle bénéficiait de tout le confort qu’on attend de cette gamme d’hôtel. Nous avons trouvé le personnel particulièrement agréable et attentionné. Le restaurant (le Mirage) où nous avons dîné tous les soirs offre un bon rapport qualité/prix avec une carte variée. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est excellent (fruits frais, œufs à la demande, etc…) L’hotel est bien situé pour aller au Park Kruger (1heure de route),et pour parcourir la route panoramique du Blyde River Canyon. Nous sommes passés par l’hôtel pour réserver différentes activités et nous en avons été très satisfaits ( tour en bateau sur la Blyde River, safari au Parc Kruger, vol en montgolfière). En résumé, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au Radisson Safari !

The hotel needs to step up their game. They are competing against top establishments in the Wildlife Estate that has great chefs, friendly staff and very delicious food. Arrival gifts for loyal guests would be great and the disclosure of extra levies for local guest would be appreciated on arrival. We were held up by the reception desk staff upon check-out for a tourism levy our travel agent was not informed about when the booking was done. We referred the staff to the travel agency to sort out the situation amongst them as service providers. The staff refused to released us even after the agency informed them that they would solve the issue.
