10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

I found the perfect place for tranquility enjoying nature at its best. The place is surrounded by limestone and river. Our room had a view of the giant limestone cliffs on the side, at the front a natural habitat of trees with the sound of crickets and frogs. The place is surrounded by banana trees, pomelo, papaya and variety of flowers. My boyfriend used the billiards. I enjoyed my daily banana pancake, portions are generous. It was good to explore the area with complimentary push bikes. They would even provide a rain coat if it's raining. It was 15 minutes bike ride to majestic trang an river boat ride and 12 minutes to Hua Lu. The food was good. It was nice to spend a day at the hotel by the hammocks facing the river. The staff are so friendly, I feel like it was a home away from home. The food was amazing, the prices were reasonable. Thank you for the blissful memory.

Nice hotel which was super walkable to town. Breakfast buffet was good and had the customary pho and omelets to order. Front desk staff and head waiter super helpful. Rooms were nice and always well-stocked with water. And I was able to do laps at 6 a.m…the pool was almost 25m👍🏼 So why not 5 stars? Probably because we stayed at 2 places before and the bar was set high. Dumb things I didn’t like: The gym…underwhelming and hot. Like much of the space in the hotel, they don’t air condition so you just do some planning, find the remote and cool before you start. No AC in the hallways, elevator, etc but great AC in the rooms. Not a lot of English spoken. Trying to ask people in the dining room for things was challenging but I totally understand Ninh Binh is more out of the way than Hanoi and Halong Bay. Again, the bar was set high at our previous spots so we were spoiled😝

The room (premium deluxe) was absolutely stunning, with a very beautiful scenic view, a very comfortable matress and very clean also. The location is also very good, its convenient to walk and see tam coc and also for the boat trips. The breakfast was good and there is a nice pool to swim. That said, We had a big problem of noise : a new bar opened next door and the noise was umbelievably loud, the staff could’nt tell us what was the closing hour of the bar and wasn’t capable of going and pick the information when we asked several time. They did a discount on the room because we could’nt sleep at all (it was like we were in the bar) so I thank them for that because they tried their best to help us, but in the future I hope that they can make an arrangment on the level of noise with the new bar, otherwhise, clients will not be respected for what they pay…

Нам тут очень понравилось. Красивый отель, эстетичный бар, немного вид из окна разочаровывал, на болото, но такое расположение.. до центра там кока, где все кафешки 5 минут на байке. Персонал решал любые вопросы, очень гостеприимное место! Бесплатно сауна и джакузи. Завтрак хороший. Дали хороший новый байк нам в аренду.

美麗的小民宿,在Tam Coc安靜的小街上,由一對非常好的夫婦Tommy和Lily經營。房間寬敞,很乾淨,陽台,露台上早餐非常好,咖啡很棒!湯米非常樂於助人,即使在最後一分鐘,他也非常樂於安排我們乘公共汽車的轉機,他步行我們到巴士站,等待確保我們上車!他們倆英語流利,非常友好。我們強烈推薦!

We booked a duplex and it was nice, but I wish there was a pantry and better layout of the area for some kind of living room given the size of the place. The resort itself was lovely and quiet over the Christmas period. Good at breakfast and dinner was good and reasonably priced.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with stunning scenery, gardens, lotus plant filled ponds surrounding. The hotel team couldn’t do enough to make our stay very comfortable, answering all our questions and helping book extra travel around the stunning Ninh Binh area. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return one day ❤️
