這趟旅行很美好絕對是史無前例的。儘管如此，別人往往卻不這麼想。若能夠欣賞到這趟旅行很美好的美，相信我們一定會對這趟旅行很美好改觀。問題的關鍵看似不明確，但想必在諸位心中已有了明確的答案。車爾尼雪夫斯基曾經認為，美的事物在人心中喚起的那種感覺，是類似我們當著親愛的人的面前時，洋溢於我們心中的喜悅。這句話反映了問題的急切性。

本次入住602房間呆了四晚，現在給一個客觀評價希望有幫助 優點: 1 酒店員工總體來説都非常非常有禮貌，前台幾位都很好，英語也不錯，溝通順暢。而且不像泰國某些酒店有歧視中國人的現象。特別表揚前台一位小眼睛的女孩英語不錯服務很好，還有門口白班的保安一直幫忙開車門，拿行李 2. 雖然酒店位置有點偏，但是入住第三天才發現酒店有免費出租車服務free shuttle taxi, 早九點，下午4點二次，可以送你去市中心主要景點，跟酒店預約就可以 3. 早餐在12樓，風景不錯，有上海外灘的感覺 4 整體裝修 風格比較簡約 時尚 缺點 或者説 room for improvement 1 健身房簡陋而且凳子 槓鈴空心，鍛鍊起來危險 而且不舒適 （不健身的可以忽略） 2 每天早上八點這樣健身結束 房間洗澡水總是不熱 不知道為什麼 3 早餐廳員工非常非常友好，熱情 ，但是早餐略微簡單了一些

這次的住宿讓我沒有想到，越南也可以提供那麼好的中文服務，出國不會的酒店客服都幫了我。本地小姐姐中文學的沒的説，給你們點贊

怎麼説呢，這酒店住過多次了，性價比不錯，但是如果細的看衞生、服務什麼的那就跟星級酒店差的比較遠了。叫了打掃衞生，打掃的十分馬虎，廁所頭髮沒掃，桌子也不擦，需要補齊的消耗品沒補….要求高的人就算了

這裏的服務無可挑剔,Long是我的聯繫人,他確保我在酒店住得很開心,他非常周到,總是主動提供幫助,其他成員也很親切。如果你喜歡亞洲早餐,你會發現一個非常好的傳播(他們也做煎蛋卷,有很好的麪包部分)。我遇到的唯一的小問題是有時在我的房間裏有香菸的味道。

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Hotel in close to river, though area is very modern. A lot of the attractions seem to be around 1-1.5km away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. It was disappointing that we could access the sky bar as it was all closed at 8pm, though it’s advertised as being open till 10pm. I Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to its location for me personally it’s a bit far out, but this is a personal decision and nothing against the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were really great

性价比高，早餐以酒店价位，算是丰富，餐厅还提供饭盒供来不及吃早餐客人打包外带，非常贴心 酒店位置优越，建议行程安排： 第一天：胡志明市博物館➝胡志明市大劇院➝人民委員會大廳➝回酒店休息➝午餐Bếp Mẹ ỉn 胖媽廚房/Cocotte法式料理餐廳 咖啡公寓➝夜景白藤碼頭， 第二天：統一宮➝Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon ➝中心郵政局➝ 書街➝回酒店休息➝步行到Khách Sạn New World站搭56路去安東市場（Bệnh Viện Nguyễn Tri Phương站下）午餐：添輝麵家/錦麗河粉➝買腰果/咖啡豆➝坐車回酒店～檳城市場～胡志明市立美術館 第三天：參加古芝地道+湄公河一日遊 离酒店500公尺有最好吃的法包：Bánh Mì Huynh Hoa，可当赶飞机的外带餐点

酒店位於繁華地段的大樓中，樓下就有連鎖咖啡店和超市，旁邊也有很多本地餐館，吃飯出行購物都特別方便，老闆人很好，我們剛到，便幫助我們換錢以及幫助解決各種出遊問題，房間設施配備也很齊全，特別適合家庭或朋友度假居住，到景點也不遠，打車過橋就到了。下次來的話，還會選這裏住。

應該是新區，為了去展會所以定在了這裏，價格在展會期間很公道，旁邊就是商場，商場裏的超市非常大，應有盡有，可以買些菜來自己做飯。服務很好，基本沒什麼可擔心的地方！還會再來。
