總體而言，服務和房間都還不錯，但是在辦理登機手續時有一個尷尬的時刻，當他們要求我在我的女友已經預訂的房間上寫下我的名字時。他們繼續告訴我，這隻可以，但是下次我需要為我的女友再預訂一個房間。這真是令人尷尬，我實在有點冒犯。下次我不會再安靜地支付額外的房間費用，如果我轉身離開，我會將我的業務轉移到其他地方。

選擇這家酒店是因為可以輕鬆步行去很多旅遊景點。 出門走短短5分鐘,有很多餐館,價格合理,適合多種口味,此外還有一大堆西式購物中心以及眾多食客光顧的美食廣場,似乎很受越南人歡迎。附近的Saigon Court(一口價市場)購物不錯。 我們的房價包括自助早餐,非常豐盛,足夠你吃到撐,同時照顧到了各種口味。 入住和退房速度快,專業。遇到的所有員工都非常友好,英文說得不錯。 每間客房每天免費提供兩瓶750毫升的瓶裝水,但因為天氣又悶又熱,這點不夠用,我們只好去周圍當地商店買一些。 不過,後來發現使用健身房時可以從那兒很大的冷水飲水機裝幾瓶。 每天我們住的樓層就電梯外面有免費水果,主要是蘋果。 唯一的小缺點是雖然我們訂的是一間無煙房(我們收到的),但同一層其他客人顯然是吸煙的,我們房間的空調也吸進了一些煙味。 房間里有免費無線上網信號,很容易接入,速度很快。

萬豪會員胡志明首選的酒店！ 酒店對萬豪會員非常友好，鈦金卡積分兌換入住，即便在酒店旺季(4.30越南公休日)，房態緊張的情況下，前台的Ha 和 Vicky 依然主動為我們升級至套房(共4天)，感恩。 我和父母三人出行，母親也是萬豪白金會員，客戶部Vivian幫我們申請了額外的酒廊使用權限。再次十分感謝酒店，以及Ha, Vivian, Vicky的幫助。 在酒店裡麪所有的人都非常的友善，笑容常掛臉上，每個人英文溝通的能力都不錯。門童Noah，很熱情有問必答。 餐飲部分，早餐豐富，早上吃早餐的時候可以一人點一個椰子，很有東南亞的風味。有新鮮的現煮Pho，料非常的足，味道也非常不錯。雞蛋的製作部分也非常的用心，班尼迪克蛋有精緻的擺盤味道也不錯非常不錯。晚上HH更棒，每一個餐單都是按位上，一碟一份菜，香檳不錯順口用於佐餐很不錯 硬件設施，房間硬件不錯，房間雖然不算太大，但是景觀一流，在房間裏面直接就可以欣賞4.30號晚上胡志明的煙花盛宴。健身房設施齊全，在6點一邊健身一邊，一邊看夜幕降臨，Landmark 81點燈是很奇妙的感覺。泳池略小，衹有2-3米寬，更多適合在泳池裡麪降暑，觀看城市景色。 整體我會給酒店打11/10，物超所值！

酒店街對面10米就是大劇院（如圖），處於很市中心地段。 但因為此，入住兩晚，21樓，第一晚半夜11點還可以聽到外面音樂聲音，第二天早上7點左右就聽到外面很大的音樂聲。第三天早上5點半外面就開始很大音樂聲，原來是當地馬拉松！因為熱，很早就開始奏樂！21層樓感覺比屋裡電視聲還大（沒有打開任何窗户和門的情況下）。 感覺屋子都在震動。 要有心臟病肯定受不了。 所以要想安靜睡眠的話，這個酒店非常不建議。隔音效果很差！另外，酒店內用餐比外面貴很多。周邊到處都是餐館，會便宜不少。 酒店客房倒是乾淨，服務也還可以。沒有特別熱情但也沒有歧視。

我在這裏住了6個月,進行了一個半長期的租賃。費用不高,但事實上,所有的費用都全部包括在內,這裏沒有隱藏的需要為費無線網絡連接,電,健身房,遊泳池,傭人等而額外支付的費用,因此,實際上,這裡是物超所值的。酒店的位置非常適合來西貢出差的客人入住,工作人員很友好,也許是在西貢最專業的服務人員,房間很寬敞,經過了精心的設計,感覺很舒適。我對此並沒有感到驚訝,這個地方已經贏得了如此多的商業獎盃。意大利餐廳-羅勒葉餐廳-對於吃商務午餐或咖啡進行會晤的朋友也很合適,價格非常合理,還有美味的食物。

我們通過Expedia最後一分鐘預訂了酒店,每晚約AUD225,4人入住有窗家庭房(2張大牀,一間房間),包括早餐。房間在角落的7層。房間舒適,乾淨,空間充足,但不是太寬敞。提供免費瓶裝水和一些免費水果。浴室現代乾淨。Airco工作得很好。我們每天晚上都有附近戶外音樂的噪音,但沒有阻止我們睡覺。早餐還可以,還不錯,但也不刺激。酒店大堂不錯,服務很好,很友好。游泳池很小,屋頂座位很少。我給這家酒店4星,而不是3星的原因是位置非常中心,在一條安靜的街道上,但靠近一切。再加上合理的價格,這家酒店在胡志明市幾個晚上都是不錯的選擇。

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

We always choose Roseland Corp whenever we are visiting HCM City. This time we tried the sister hotel Roseland Sweet. It is Sweet as the brand. the front de3sk staff is super attentive and go above and beyond to ensure your expectation met. Definitely has to visit Moon Spa, I had the Moon massage with body scrub and its quite an experience. Definitely come back soon

Hotel in close to river, though area is very modern. A lot of the attractions seem to be around 1-1.5km away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. It was disappointing that we could access the sky bar as it was all closed at 8pm, though it’s advertised as being open till 10pm. I Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to its location for me personally it’s a bit far out, but this is a personal decision and nothing against the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were really great

這裏的服務無可挑剔,Long是我的聯繫人,他確保我在酒店住得很開心,他非常周到,總是主動提供幫助,其他成員也很親切。如果你喜歡亞洲早餐,你會發現一個非常好的傳播(他們也做煎蛋卷,有很好的麪包部分)。我遇到的唯一的小問題是有時在我的房間裏有香菸的味道。

Blue Diamond Signature Hotel 3* has shared the same address with Sky Gem Hotel Sora 4* in Google Map. The two hotels are now the same. Its does not look like the pictures shown in Google Map/Bookings. The hotel's good location is right opposite to the Thai Van Lung gate of Japanese corner. Its 8F pool area is under construction during May 2022. The corridors have not been air conditioned. Room numbers notice are attached by papers on the corner. Walking in the corridors feel like a maze. The garage is not in use. Decoration materials are there. If you have own vehicles, it is wise to park it in the nearby public pay parking lot. The lobby has a coffee shop. The restaurant provides simple breakfasts. The rooms with windows are DELUXE – Internal, Junior suite, VIP. It is suggested to book directly with the hotel. The Interiors are designed with many bamboos. The air conditioner in room takes a while to cool down the room. A ventilation well is behind the bamboo slide door. The bathtub is next to the bed. Toilet and shower room is behind the bed. The floor has no carpet. It is quiet during night. Soundproof is ok. In general, the hotel has a very good location.

Location is very good, as district1 is ”japan town” and you can go from there to many other locations. Also walking arround is nice, but recommend to be aware of your surroundings when doing so at night. staff is very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. It is small, but have everything you need. If the restaurant is full, you can also eat in the lobby. room was ok. Big enough for everything, just a little bit old school. 1 day it was too noisy outside, but other days where ok.

Wifi 到凌晨12點會自動斷線，約等10-15分鐘後又會恢複 3. 飯店會不正常跳電，半夜常被熱醒發現因為飯店跳電冷氣自動關閉需要自己再重開 這次住宿遇到最恐怖的事情是早上9：30吃完飯店早餐準備回房繼續休息時飯店再次跳電，看到電梯也失去電源時只能慶幸自己沒在電梯裡面，飯店雖然說很快會有電但從9：30一直斷電到11點才恢復正常，詢問了住在附近飯店的朋友說他們那邊電都正常，看來單純是這家飯店的問題。 11點我覺得飯店體驗太差想check out ，去櫃檯辦理時服務人員有跟我說請等待大約5分鐘讓房務檢查房間，我在沙發區等了15分鐘後看櫃檯人員一直在跟我後面一個越南客人聊天，我忍不住就比較兇的問了我到底check out 完成了沒，櫃檯人員就看著我問了一句冰箱飲料你有取用嗎？我說沒有就被回了一句Ok, you can go... 這次住宿體驗算是數一數二差的，以後也不會再選這間住宿

酒店的地理位置真的太棒，用Grab打車，去附近的商場，胡志明美術館，粉紅教堂，基本在2公里以內。酒店的服務非常到位，1樓大堂有咖啡吧，2樓有自助下午茶，關鍵是工作人員任何時候都面帶微笑，上下的士還會幫你拉開車門。酒店12樓有泳池和户外的酒吧。還有SPA價格也不貴，人民幣兩三百塊錢吧，可以做一一個多鍾。這個酒店的性價比也很高。很適合情侶或者商務出行。
