Nos dieron una habitación en la planta 7 (el ascensor solo llega hasta la 6, por lo que tienes que hacer la última por escaleras). La habitación era muuuy pequeña, teniendo que pegar un lado de la cama a la pared.
El servicio correcto, el chico que nos ayudó con las maletas un 10, el chico de recepción más antipático.

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MY BOOKING. We booked Ruby Saigon a few days ago, and they did not allot us our room. We had booked a superior room, which they said was unavailable due to water logging which they could have called and informed about before I wasted 3 hours in a foreign country, traveling to Ruby only to realise that I'm not getting the booked room. They weren't even courteous to offer us the refund in the 1st place and said I could take the smaller room which I did not book. The receptionist wasn't very accommodating on adjusting something for us. After wasting an hour more & connecting on calls with several people, they agreed to give us refund that too poorly written message where they didnt even mention the problem was from their end. See the image below. However, the guy in the nail parlour apologised and was nice, compared to the receptionist who could have spared us 3-4 hours in a foreign destination. Very disappointed.
