此次出差與同事一起訂在鉑爾曼酒店，酒店地理位置優越，交通四通八達，出行方便，範五老街不行不到十分鐘，酒店總體不錯，設施設備齊全，早餐也挺豐盛，唯一就是離範五老街酒吧接有點近，晚上音樂響徹天空，有點吵，其他都挺滿意

非常規矩的品牌酒店，洗漱用品也是非常標準的品牌專用，頂樓酒吧可以遠瞰HCM夜景，氛圍感很棒。通常我評判品牌五星和普通五星的區別是早餐會不會主動給顧客送咖啡或茶，很欣慰它有。

房間寬敞，市區很方便 設施：比較新 衞生：很乾凈，有舒服 環境：很安靜，視野非常寬闊，周圍非常方便，大廳外面的座位非常安逸 服務：很貼切

早餐豐富，酒店的位置好，前台的服務好，特別值得一提的是，由於一早的班機來不及吃早餐，提前一晚跟前台商量是否可以提供一些簡單的三明治，意外退房的時候已經拿到了兩份早餐，非常暖心！如果下次再來提供，一定還會預訂。如果單純旅遊這裡是很多一日遊的集中出發地，所以地理位置在一區絕佳！

位於市中心，去範五老街步行十分鐘，旁邊有便利店和餐飲店，位置很優越；酒店服務態度很好，一直很熱情的幫忙拿行李；6樓的露天泳池風景很棒，能看見金融塔；早餐豐盛，班尼蛋很好吃😋春節下榻鉑爾曼整體來講是很不錯的選擇

酒店地理位置不錯，適合遊客，不過朝西的房間離酒吧街比較近，深夜略有噪音。房間整潔衞生，客房打掃也很及時乾淨。早餐食物中西餐都有，味道中規中矩。

西貢中心鉑爾曼酒店地理位置優越，周邊商業環境好，餐廳娛樂都很方便。酒店房間乾淨衞生舒適，前台服務很好！早餐很豐富，總之很滿意！以後去西貢，還會再選擇鉑爾曼！👍👍👍

房間夠大，服務也很好，早餐品質不錯，可以吃的很飽。喜歡city walk的人會喜歡，去主要景點都不算遠。被酒店的細心感動，送了生日蛋糕

房間現代前衞風格，乾淨衞生，周圍環境很好，西貢景緻盡收眼底… 餐廳服務態度很好，食品豐富… 當地咖啡特別好，一定要嚐嚐…

老式窗簾拉不上，隔壁範五老街鬧騰半夜睡不着，早上酒店前台反映了，幫忙免費安排送機場出租車，我估計是攜程常年老客户，有殺熟情況，發現攜程同等房間和機票比其他網站貴，果斷放棄繼續在攜程買酒店和機票

設施有點舊，位置不錯，去哪裡都房產，服務人員服務挺好的，外國人挺多，價格也合適，走路十幾分鍾就可以到米其林粉店

酒店位置鄰近中心位置。附近生活機能完善。方便出差人士。夜晚周圍的酒吧一條街，有非常豐富的夜生活選擇。非常適合出差。

預訂之前看到差評説，有幾個前台態度古怪不禮貌，設施陳舊，例如水壓不夠，完全是三星的水平。但心想再怎麼樣也是雅高下的五星級能差到哪裡去。入住之後才發現差評都是中肯的,個人遊非常不推薦用這樣的價格住這家降到三星級水準的酒店，服務方面有三個前台特別是染黃毛的一個男前台真的讓人反感。（但其他服務人員都是很好的，泊車的男員工，打掃人員以及餐廳服務人員都很棒。） 如果價格不在500以下就沒必要訂這家酒店了，更高的價格，有更多正常的酒店可供選擇。
