該地區有很多酒店，但我對自己的選擇很滿意，最終在這裡住了6 晚。 最初是通過供應商在網上預訂的2 晚。 我預訂了一間沒有窗戶的房間，但很快就發現房間太小，當然接待員也很黑心甘情願地將我的房間換成一個更大的房間，有窗戶，並收取少量費用，這當然是公平的，在第二天晚上之後，我決定停留更長的時間，我打算再次通過互聯網提供商預訂，在與前面可愛的女孩交談後很明顯，直接與他們聯繫要便宜得多，省去了中間人的麻煩，我確實預訂了太多晚，因為我不得不更改航班，因為我直接與他們打交道，他們給我沒有任何問題我不需要退款，我住在7 樓，這是我的選擇，因為外面可能很吵，直到很晚，我想越高的地方噪音越小，房間每天都會打掃，有2 瓶水、茶和咖啡都是新的毛巾等..唯一的缺點是，如果你是一個深夜貓頭鷹，你想在第二天睡覺，走廊可能很吵，房間清潔工很早就開始工作，可以聽到他們敲門，這可能很煩人，我沒有。門上還貼有打擾標誌，還有無法幫助的說話的客人

Overall quite good, nearby bui vien walking street and it is very good drink atmosphere along the street. Recommend for friends group. Breakfast overall good, but the eggs maker missed our omelette and give it to the Caucasian which come after us.

酒店的位置很不錯，位於市中心。附近有步行街，餐廳，酒廊，晚飯後可以去走走，看看。此外，服務員態度非常友善。我們房間的保險櫃壞了，服務員馬上和我們更換。自助早餐不錯，有越式，中式和西式美食，我們覺得是物有所值。酒店對面地庫有一商場 Central Market，我們星期六星期日兩天都有去購物。此酒店值得推介。

The hotel has rebranded as the Happy Life Grand Hotel. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good and the location and value is good. The pool isn't quite as expected; it's not really deep enough or long enough for swimming, there are only a few loungers, but the pool is a nice temperature. They like to close the pool mid afternoon to turn the area into their sky bar which is a bit annoying. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nikki who goes out of her way to help and resolve problems.

Unfortunately I read the reviews on Booking.com and didn’t check my trusted trip advisor like I usually do, We have been traveling since the beginning of January through, Thailand, Cambodia and now Vietnam and it’s not our first trip to these countries, it is however the first time styles, standards and service have been extremely disappointing. We arrived at this hotel around 15:55 with a check in time of 14:00. I had already informed them of our time of arrival and they had replied confirming it. On arrival Reception staff stated room wasn’t ready because of late checkout, I asked them for another room to which they completely ignored me so I asked for the manager. I told her I wasn’t happy paying for someone else’s late checkout and to arrange another room regardless of whether it was an upgrade of just a basic room as I had looked on booking.com and there were plenty of room, she said we will clean it as quickly as we can, 30 minutes later and 3 cleaning staff seen leaving the room it was ready. Totally unacceptable. Positives- Excellent cleaning staff and porters. Comfortable bed Television with English channels Good quiet air-con Safety deposit box a good size and actually screwed down which is quite a novelty in Asia. Very well located for the main sites in Saigon. Negatives- Rude an inexperienced management and reception staff. Steep steps leading in to the hotel One lift for the whole 12 floors which was full on numerous occasions, if that goes out of service it’s a long walk down. Room very tired especially in the bathroom. It actually felt like you were sleeping in an office with the style of the wardrobes. Very inventive photos, the pool is nothing more than a plunge pool with 4 sun loungers but in online publicity photos it looks massive. The sky bar happy hour was far from it, buy 2 get 1 free, we only paid for 4 half pints at a cost of £15.60 and the 2 free after a barrel change were undrinkable (I even changed the barrel for the 2 guys working as they didn’t know how to). No table service until you went up to the bar and ordered your drinks. Breakfast was cold and tasteless, you had to ask the staff for tea/coffee, at no time were we offered these or any form of eggs, the whole area was nothing more than a shambles run by very inexperienced staff. I must say they tried their best and the lack of service and standards is completely down to bad management. I didn’t use any of the other services they offered so I can’t comment on those. Being retired Publicans and restaurant owners we go through the hotel channel first to try and rectify any bad feedback and when it falls on deaf ears then to comment on here is truly justifiable.

Mặc dù biết 1 ngày nhiều khách đi lên đi xuống nhưng mình ở tận 3 ngày cũng kg nhận đc bất cứ cái gật đầu nào của nhân viên mặc dù mình luôn trong trạng thái chuẩn bị chào lại. Cô dọn phòng cũng rất nhiệt tình vì vk ck mình cũng gọn gàng nên kg kêu dọn mà lần nào gặp cô cũng hỏi cần dọn phòng kg. Vòi tắm nước nóng có lúc xuất hiện như một vị thần nhưng có khi lại đi du lịch Bắc Cực. Nói chung ở địa điểm này với mức giá 3 ngày 1.651.000 thì cũng hài lòng rồi, chỉ mong nhân viên thân thiện hơn thôi.

酒店伊甸園區1 胡志明 我們以前去過胡志明,在看過一些酒店在1區,也是在Agoda等網站的圖片,知道不是所有的圖片都是真的。這次是顛倒了。伊甸園的照片不要撒謊。酒店歡迎已經很棒。門衛和接待員很棒,服務很好。我們在3樓的房間很好很乾淨,我們有一個大浴室,需要所有設施。牀不錯,廣告也存放我們關門和行李箱的地方。空調不錯,甚至我們離步行街(布維也納街)也不遠。如果我們關閉窗戶,我們在房間裏沒有任何噪音。酒店早餐很棒,根據一份清單,每天都有機會在牆上展示到廚房。很棒的服務,帶着一輛Grab Taxi離開酒店前往機場。我們的接待員訂購了一輛Grab車,向我們展示了車型和價格,並告訴有機場費用。良好的司機,比從機場到伊甸酒店的出租車便宜。胡志明的下一個統計將在伊甸酒店。

Thank you so very much for another excellent stay at the Gemini Luxury Saigon! My stay was extremely pleasant and the beds are extremely comfortable especially after being tired from all the travelling! It is also right in the heart of Pham Ngu Lao and it is very cheap to stay. Having access to Pham Ngu Lao only requires you to have a roof over your head for somewhere to sleep! I would ultimately recommend this to anyone wanting somewhere to stay close to Pham Ngu Lao!
