Anew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue. We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel. 1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve 2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary 3. False Bay 4. Bayete Elephant Interaction This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

Service .... top notch. I was welcomed by Sne at front desk. She is so sweet and kind. She does her work wholeheartedly and with a beautiful smile. Also helped by a lady (forgot her name) at the wild life front desk for activities. She was so helpful. Hats off to these lovely ladies, they were so easy and made us feel at home. Food. Good buffet, nice food too. They also cater for vegetarians on request. The hotel is close to shops and gas station. I surely will come back.

Très bonne étape pour cet hôtel au calme et en petit bâtiment, avec un personnel sympathique et courtois. Repas sous forme de buffet, cuisine internationale, petit déjeuner achalandé. Pour une belle détente , attention, souvent des départs de bonne heure pour la visite de la réserve Hluhluwe proche.

We worden door ons guesthouse doorverwezen naar dit sfeervolle hotel/restaurant om te eten. Er is een buffet, maar dat wordt vanaf 18.30u aangeboden en wijn eerder, dus bestellen we van de kaart. Storend was dat bij aankomst zit het personeel te niksen, terwijl alle tafeltjes smerig waren. Nadat we hadden gekozen waar we wilden gaan zitten werd dan ook alleen dat tafeltje gereinigd. De bediening zelf was, zeker niet overdadig, maar voldoende. Het eten was lekker en prima geserveerd. Wel zou ik voor andere muziek kiezen omdat niet iedereen van jazz muziek houdt.

Had a lovely stay and the weather was great although we couldn’t go for sightseeing. Nonetheless, we had such a wonderful time and the food was amazing. Thank you for making our stay a memorable holiday. We also enjoyed the Zulu dance on Sunday.

I love the property, it is everything that I saw on their website images. The staff from security to facility staff are friendly and helpful🤗🙏🏽
