Best place to stay best servuce friendly staff luxury rooms

My stay could have been better if it hadn't been for a few things that bothered me. The shower was sludgy and dirty, so I had to clean it before using it. The air conditioning switched off at night for no apparent reason and the room access card had a problem several times.

Hotel is good ,it has good food ,good service ,good room.the room is big space and clean,make me comfortable to stay here

The staff is nice, rooms cleans and service is good. The location also strategic.

My stay was initially for 3 days but just 5mts inside the room, and I decided to shift to Vivanta for next 2 days. The room was very small - expected since this is in the "Express" category of Holiday Inns. But then the nightmare starts - - There is no separate bathroom as such - there are 2 separate cubicles for toilet and bath which are very very tiny and just has a small glass partiition which cannot be locked and just about covers the opening. - The sink for handwash is just a step away from the bed. - The tissue box next to the sink has just 2 tissues - is there any room checking in place? - There was some tiny insects crawling over the bed. - The light fixtures were covered with days of dust. - The AC was noisy and i think broken as well. - On the corners of the bed headrest, there were cockroaches ! - The 2 wooden straws next to the coffee machine was bent and looked old that I didnt even want to touch it. - Same with the dirty curtains covering the small window. Touch at your own risk ! I wanted to run out the moment i checked in but stayed only due to heavy rain outside. I have seen lot of similar reviews but the situation still continues because the management is just not interested to improve. I have the reception this feedback when i was checking out and in return they waived off my dinner charges since I was IHG member.

Overall a good experience! Enjoyed to food and stay. Overall hygiene is also good. Staff is quite helpful and very well behaved. Easy checkin and checkout experience. Also comes under budget. Location is also good, many places nearby. Must try!

Sudip is very nice with us and surve very well

The house help “sudip” was really friendly and generous and did things as asked and helped in many ways

I had a great experience there and I have been there around 3-4 times and Sudip always take care of room and hospitality
