There are many fantastic features to this resort as well as Hilton Head island itself. First the beach is so close. Like the perfect after dinner stroll, I'd say if your carrying many items a back pack or wagon are a great choice to but still the beach is that close. The resort is also very close to the many restaurants which is also handy. The grounds are pretty awesome to. 3 pools we only went to 2 but did walk to the third, clean and very well kept. We stopped at the lagoon twice and early morning seen a gator. Checking in was smooth quick and the staff was friendly. Now our condo, we were very happy with it. We had a one bedroom. Our room was huge, 2 large closets, on suite bathroom that you could also enter from the hallway. Very large bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Huge living room with open concept to the kitchen and a very large balcony. A well stocked kitchen (meaning utensils and such) as we did cook and prepare meals daily. There is also complimentary items to get you by if you are here for a short time like additional garbage bags, dish soap etc. We did use our in unit washer and dryer which was great because our towels got soaked on one of our adventures to the beach. Over all the condo was great. Our only real complaint is that not all buildings have the complimentary bikes only one does and when we contacted the company that was part of the Waterside they stated there was a charge and they were not on site.

We had a good time at resort. Good location but 3-4 blocks from beach. Shuttle to beach convenient and reliable. Room was nice, elevators. Resort clean and well maintained. Main pool nice. Cologne area a good place to be HH. Convenient to grocery, shopping and restaurants

We had a three-bedroom condo with three baths. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Location was super. This is definitely a place I would like to stay at again. I have already recommended it to others.

Awesome resort. Great pools and great location. We have stayed here many times and really enjoy this location. The rooms are spacious and the rooms are updated. Nice furniture and the bed was great. We will be back.

The Villa was large, newly furnished with updated appliances and super clean. The grounds and pools were kept up daily. Enjoyed the live music at the pool. Coligny Town Square was a few blocks away which was a busy tourist area at night with shops, restaurants, patio bars with music, busy ice cream shops and outdoor entertainment for the children and adults on different nights during the summer. We enjoyed the clean beach with lifeguards, rest rooms with outdoor showers and plenty of free parking lots.

I have stayed at Waterside many, many times, and it never disappoints. The units are always very clean, the beds comfortable, and furniture etc. in good order. No timeshare pressure to buy. Just say no and they accept it. The resoort is close to Coligny beach, and they have a shuttle that will bring you there if needed. The beach is within walking distance I love this resort and will be back if I can get in
