Wonderful location! Close to beach! Free shuttle! Friendly staff! Spacious unit, well stocked, garage parking, comfortable beds, lots of linens. Pool and gas grills. Games, crafts, magic show for entertainment on site. We have been coming to Hilton Head for over a dozen years. We would rate Waterside as one of our best resort vacation sites!

There are many fantastic features to this resort as well as Hilton Head island itself. First the beach is so close. Like the perfect after dinner stroll, I'd say if your carrying many items a back pack or wagon are a great choice to but still the beach is that close. The resort is also very close to the many restaurants which is also handy. The grounds are pretty awesome to. 3 pools we only went to 2 but did walk to the third, clean and very well kept. We stopped at the lagoon twice and early morning seen a gator. Checking in was smooth quick and the staff was friendly. Now our condo, we were very happy with it. We had a one bedroom. Our room was huge, 2 large closets, on suite bathroom that you could also enter from the hallway. Very large bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Huge living room with open concept to the kitchen and a very large balcony. A well stocked kitchen (meaning utensils and such) as we did cook and prepare meals daily. There is also complimentary items to get you by if you are here for a short time like additional garbage bags, dish soap etc. We did use our in unit washer and dryer which was great because our towels got soaked on one of our adventures to the beach. Over all the condo was great. Our only real complaint is that not all buildings have the complimentary bikes only one does and when we contacted the company that was part of the Waterside they stated there was a charge and they were not on site.

Customer service front desk worst ever. Been member for 20 years but treat u like stranger. Messed my reservation up and blamed it on me. Lady at front desk yelled, got smart, laughed and hung up on me. Pure joke, I asked to speak to a manager and Nathan came. Nathan was just as bad, never once said sorry or anything. Just made it worse. I see why lady at front desk acts way she does, no punishment for acting way she does. This is 2nd year we have had issues with same lady. There needs to be some training for front desk people and so called manager. Really sad since place is nice and been member for so long. Something needs to be done so people can have an enjoyable vacation and not go thru disaster like I did

We had a three-bedroom condo with three baths. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Location was super. This is definitely a place I would like to stay at again. I have already recommended it to others.

Great location with many popular establishments within walking distance. The onsite amenities are very accommodating.

Waterside 3 bedroom condo was fabulous. Pools and walking distance to beach and restaurants. Staff was great.
