To ensure a more restful stay, we’ve provided sound machines in each bedroom to help mask the outside noise and enhance comfort. If you are seeking a quiet retreat, this property may not be ideal, but for those wanting convenience and energy, it’s the perfect spot. Other things to note • Beach towels provided. • This villa has parking for two vehicles in the gated garage on the ground floor. Host will provide parking passes for two vehicles. Please park in designated parking areas only. • The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM & 7:00 AM. • The property does not allow pets. • The pool and spa are seasonal and open in April and close in October. • Guests may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
