The hotel is great clean Quite . There is parking although it costs $10 a night,we only stayed for two nights. The only problem was the bathroom door was a sliding door with a piece of plastic obscured glass in it when you turn on the light it lit up the whole room not nice when you don’t want to wake everyone up in the middle of the night. Other than that it was a great stay .

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and I was disappointed by the quality of the breakfast. The breakfast buffet had very limited options and most of the dishes were empty even though I arrived 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast time. The food that was available was cold and bland. The staff did not seem to care about replenishing the food or cleaning the tables.
The cleanliness of the hotel was average at best.

The facility was very nice. Appreciated the well-maintained pool, spa and fitness center in addition to the comfortable room. Unfortunately I felt mis-informed about the extra $10 parking fee that got charged before I knew about it, and in spite of the ******* contract that guaranteed all fees and taxes included in the price of the room charge. My passenger was similarly charged for their room. After a confrontation I did get refunded, but it left a negative feeling toward this motel

Mr. Alice at the front desk was beyond professional and very helpful. Overall staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location felt safe for me and my family. Although, cleanness could use a little help, and breakfast could include non-dairy products like almond or oat milk, or end a little later; for example, instead of 9:30 am, how about 10:30 am? My overall experience was very good!

The hotel was clean, but there was a piece of chewed gum stuck to the carpet in our room. The check-in was great, but the desk clerk on Saturday seemed confused and gave me the wrong information about the laundry room twice meaning I had to make extra trips to the front desk. Pool was fun and we loved having a hot tub!

Never coming back to this Holiday Inn. BS Parking fee that was not highlighted upfront. Staff absent from desk the moment we walked in. No one to be seen for over 15mins.
