The Fairmont Cottage is cozy living in Sebring Florida. It is very centrally located with ability to walk to major stores, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, movie theater and so much more. It has lots of parking and even space for your boat. It has a full kitchen and the utility room has a washer and dryer. It is minutes away from the Sebring Race Track, lakes, fishing, parks and community areas with golf, community pool , gym and more shopping and restaurants.It's your home away from home with three bedrooms, one bathroom, an office, porch and fully equipped kitchen. There is a carport and additional parking areas. There is a utility room by the carport with your washer and dryer. The community has friendly neighbors and you are walking distance from major banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants.
